A Black Market LitRPG

Chapter ex1: End of Writeathon Announcement - No Change In Schedule.

Usually if you see this kind of update, it’s authors saying they will downgrade the number of chapters.

Well I’m here to assure you that the end of Writeathon does not mean chapter releases are being toned down - I will still release two chapters a day Patreon, one chapter a day on RR for the foresseable future. I do not anticipate any major obstacles ahead in timing.

Generally my schedule goes like this - 7am wake up, 8am work till 6pm, write from 7pm to 10pm (two chapters), sleep. So pretty stable so far.

There’s a period of time where I may slow down temporarily on June 16-19, due to me flying over to prepare my upcoming satellite for integration into the rocket, so that may jumble up the schedule a bit.

I haven’t done one of this yet for blackmarket, so I wanted to share some of the stuff I’ve been planning out in the future so you can rest assured the story isn’t just being wung - there are overarching plot lines and goals to hit.

For plotlines:

Arc 3: War Crimes is slated to end around Chapter 100, give or take.

Arc 4: The Wardens is the next major overarching plot. I aim to cover the following questions:

1. Who is the ’Mother’ that Kitana is referencing to? (Chapter 16) Who are her siblings? How do others have the System as well? How did Kyle get the System? Will Kyle come into conflict with whoever or whatever organization is behind Kitana? Is someone controlling the Systems or monopolizing them?

2. What is the history of the planet actually? Did he time skip? Is it a VR game? Is the whole planet a experiment of some sort? Why can’t he see the stars or any signs of the milky way when he looks up at the night sky? (Chapter 20)

3. Transnational illegal fishing, forestry, loansharking and a return of the Mind-Bending potion seen in Chapter 3.

4. More information about the Hwa Dynasty and some pirate stuff.

5. Hints at what’s beyond the Great Waves. Colonization Round 2?

6. Will Kyle finally take down the Ardent Cretins and become a major gang?

A war will be covered as well - though Kyle will not take a direct combat role in it as an enlisted, so none of that stupid conscription and bootcamp stuff. More manipulation and major gangs shenanigans.

Arc 4 is planned to end around chapter 200 - it’s a long one.
