Chapter 256: The true identity of the mastermind

When I logged into the game, Sephone asked me to cook her a meal, which I obliged and of course I ate it with Lily and the others who had joined in.

I'm not going to say anything else.

When I spoke to her, she told me that she had been peeking at the ground with her shadow summoning. Then I realized something important.

"Do you know almost everything about Freetia?"

"Do you know the demon that attacked Princess Sylphy Freetia?"

If she knows everything, there's a good chance.

When I said that, Ose started laughing.

But Nebiros is a demon that appears in the Grimorium Verum and the Grand Grimoire.

The fact that they are fighting together is strange. But if the game is set up to have various demons fighting together, that's a different story.

And I have an idea of a female demon with fly wings that could be the perfect mastermind for this case and has the power to attack Princess Sylphy.

She's a Zoroastrian demon, one of the Seven Devas of Vendidad. She is an evil god of iniquity and deceit, a breeding ground for rotting corpses and a source of impurity for the world.

"Druj. Or should I call it Druj Nasu?"

Ose fell silent. Silence is good, right?

I left Ose's room and found Princess Sarah.

"Did you find out who did it?"

"Yes. Do you know a demon called Druj or Druj Nasu?"

"I'm sorry. I have no idea...but the library or the Beastmaster's Guild might have something"

Then I'll go check it out.

This Ose is the demon that tried to kill Princess Sylphy. It's only right that Freetia dispose of him. It's a waste of experience, though.
