Hikari: Rise Of The Weapons Master

Chapter 158 Welcome To The Dark Side [Part 1]

Compared to the old monk that Zack had met long ago, Ken looked completely different. His looks were completely different and looked like a middle-aged man from earth.

"Surprised to see me this way?" Ken asked as he had told his real name to the duo. He knew that Zack would be able to track him down even if he didn't do anything. Ken knew that in this new world, he would definitely need a few supports on Earth.

Without them, he would have to fight in both worlds for supremacy.

"Well, this look suits you better, Ken. As you know, we are here to bring order back to the underworld and for that, Hayden and I need to know the location of the other two headquarters."

Zack replied as Hayden let go of the weapons he had been holding on to. As long as the headquarters, the center of operation of the two other candidates resided inside the underworld, he would be able to kill them.

That was one of the privileges he had as the ruler of the underworld.

"I will make you the warden of the place if you help me. I needed one anyway." Hayden added.

"Yes, I will take the offer." Ken didn't even skip a beat as he took the offer Hayden had given him.

He then twirled his fingers and two members of his team suddenly arrived beside him and handed him a map. Hayden immediately recognized it as a map of the true black market which made him frown.

"They are not from this continent. I tried calculating what I could do yet the only possible way to defeat them is to just stay here and use this place as an advantage. Since Hayden is here, he can bend the laws of the place and defeat the opponents.

However, let's say that he brings over a much bigger army than anticipated and has an expert. Without the old warden, your chances of victory are already halved so the best case scenario is to infiltrate the place and kill them there."

Ken finished as he opened the map and started muttering a few things to himself.

Zack and Hayden looked at each other as they wondered how much Ken had researched on the topic. Zack had already known about Ken's true potential but seeing it in person was different than just hearing about it.

[ Should we go to the black market or wait for someone to come here? ] Zack asked Hayden as the ruler of the underworld nodded.

[ To make sure none of the rulers try anything funny, all of their powers are regulated to the same level when they are in the real black market. We will have to be careful there. ]

The two of them then glanced at Ken who had marked two points on the map. He then handed them the map before silently staring at Zack.

"You are younger than me yet lost your V card…" He mumbled before turning around and going back to the structure.

Hayden didn't say anything as he was no one to judge. His father had already made him lose his virginity by making a horde of women fck him when he was sixteen before he took them for himself.

Hayden had no idea what his father wanted to prove by that and wondered whether he should have asked his father that before killing him.

'It's too late now anyways.'

The two of them then entered Hayden's office. The ruler of the underworld then used his powers to correct every single thing that had turned wrong and since everything fell under his jurisdiction, he managed to fix it within a few minutes.

He then glanced at the desk before approaching it and biting the thumb of his right hand. He dropped his blood on the top of the desk and stood back.

"Say "Teleport" and jump in the air once," Hayden instructed as Zack obliged.

Suddenly, the blood vanished from the desk as it activated a formation hidden formation.

"Close your eyes."

Zack did as told as he felt the land below his feet vanishing. When Hayden asked him to open his eyes again, he found himself standing under a dark sky with snow beneath his feet.

[ 8th February, year of the Phoenix. ]

'And it strikes again…' Zack thought with a sigh as he looked around to see that he was currently stuck in the middle of a snowstorm.

He didn't think anything and directly started running towards the north. Call it a gut feeling or not, he felt that there was something on the northern side that he needed to visit.

'I hope nothing bad happens to me.' He thought with a sigh before using summoning Chastiefol behind him.

After running for a few minutes, Zack noticed a light in the distance and he immediately started traveling in its direction.

If what he was seeing was similar to the last visions he had, he just needed to see a crucial bit of information.

The further he walked, the closer the light source started to get. A few minutes later, he was standing in front of a shed dimly lit by a bulb.

Zack knocked on the door while positioning Chastiefol above the shed so that if anyone attacked him, he would be able to use the spear as a surprise attack.

"Hmm, it's rare to see someone so late in the evening." The door opened by a crack, revealing the face.

'Hayden.' Zack recognized Hayden's face as he opened the door completely and stepped aside.

"You gonna stand outside and freeze to death?" Hayden asked while raising an eyebrow as Zack shook his head and stepped inside.

Chastiefol vanished from outside and appeared inside his inventory as Zack stepped inside the shed.

It was dimly lit with a gentle fire that seemed to keep the entire place warm.

Hayden released a sigh as he sat down on a chair and stared at Zack.

"Welcome to the dark side. We have..."
