Chapter 101: What is our relationship now?

"Ashes in Love merch?" Zhao Tian muttered looking at the store in front of him filled with many plushies with chibi characters. The shelves were also adorned with an assortment of keychains and various trinkets, all proudly displaying the Ashes in Love branding.

As Zhao Tian and Mei Xiu strolled towards the store, the shop owner walked forward "Welcome to the merch... but before you can continue you need to prove that you are a couple to win this merch."

Her eyes trembled causing her cheeks to flush an even deeper shade of pink and her heart fluttered in his arms. The soft caress of his lips... his tight grip on her waist... his warm breath hitting her skin left her intoxicated and she couldn't help but surrender under his touch, her body melting in his warm embrace.

As Zhao Tian pulled away from the tender kiss, Mei Xiu slowly opened her eyes, her gaze locked with his blue eyes causing the blush in her cheeks to intensify.

Being so embarrassed by the situation, Mei Xiu left the hug and went behind his back, burying her flushed face in his back."T-This is..." she gently hit his back.

Zhao Tian chuckled faintly looking at the shop owner "My girlfriend is quite shy so..." The shopkeeper laughed and brought 10 balls as he paid the money.

She then pointed at another present and Zhao Tian threw the ball hitting it down. The shopkeeper was surprised as Zhao Tian continued doing this.

There was another couple beside them and the woman spoke "See that handsome guy, he is hitting all those gifts for his girlfriend, but you can't even hit one."

After a while, "Haha... young man you are awesome." The shopkeeper said giving all the gifts in Zhao Tian's hand and Zhao Tian gave a nod, receiving them.

They quickly walked to the parking lot and Mei Xiu placed the gifts in the back seat entering the car. Zhao Tian entered the car after her and started the engine.

*vroom* Sitting inside the car, Mei Xiu looked outside sometimes stealing a glance towards Zhao Tian and her gaze would inadvertently fall on his lips "I... didn't expect you would suddenly kiss me like that. I am your teacher youknow?"

Zhao Tian shrugged "I won't even go to college anymore, so you are technically not my teacher. Why? You didn't like the kiss?"

"Uhhhh that guy..." she yelled rolling on the bed. Did he do it for the gift? Or just a tease? Or some hidden feelings? b-but... he is so handsome, he even rejected many other girls and I am not that beautiful.

*smooch* Zhao Tian planted a kiss on her rosy cheek and her body flinched, the blush on he face deepening. She shyly moved her eyes to him and as Zhao Tian brought his face closer to hers, she unconsciously opened her lips, closing her eyes.

Again feeling his lips, a shiver went down her spine and she couldn't resist the intoxication as she indulged herself in savoring the warmth of his touch.

A little later, Zhao Tian gently ended the kiss and started to plant soft kisses on her cheek. Mei Xiu closed her eyes, surrendering into the moment, and lovingly embraced him by wrapping her arms around his neck."Tian~" she let out a sigh.

The sensation of his kisses left her gasping for breath, her body responding eagerly to his touch.

*smooch* As Zhao Tian continued to shower her neck with kisses, her hands instinctively clung tighter to his neck, her racing heart betraying her words as she whispered "Tian, we are going too f-fast..." she mumbled out his kisses leaving her breathless.

Zhao Tian slowly withdrew his lips from her delicate neck, his warm breath tickling her skin. "I am leaving..." he whispered in her ears before letting go from her waist.

*thud* Mei Xiu leaned back on the wall for support as she felt her legs give up just from his touches. With a chuckle, Zhao Tian left the room.

After he left, Mei Xiu's fingers caressed her neck, and a smile slowly spread across her face. "What a bastard.."
