Chapter 99: To the event!

Zhao Tian frowned as he heard Xia Shenyi's words who was sitting beside his arm draped over her shoulder "She was screaming... how the flame burned her body and killed everyone."

"Seems like she has a serious past and she couldn't remember that much..."

Zhao Tin gave a nod "Don't stress her too much and if she screams remembering her memories, try to calm her down. Seems like she is traumatized."

Xia Shenyi nodded her head "I will do that, Tian!" she spoke and Zhao Tian gently patted her head "How is her body state?"

Xia Shenyi squinted her eyes "Her body is extremely weak, I think it is maybe that flame is burning her from the insides... She is fragile but her sword skills are really great."

As they made their way into the bustling mall, there were actually a lot of people in the mall. The majority of the crowd are couples strolling side by side, their arms intertwined in a loving embrace.

Zhao Tian was quite surprised looking at the number of people "Is this show that big?" Mei Xiu playfully giggled with a nod and pointed at a huge banner on the side showing a beautiful couple.

"They are the main actors in the show 'The Ashes of Love' The female lead actor Ai Daiyu is so beautiful and I love her so much as she acts greatly in the show. The way her chemistry works with the..."

-_- Zhao Tian smiled wryly as Mei Xiu enthusiastically began to talk about the show and stuff.

Walking alongside Zhao Tian, Mei Xiu noticed some women's stares at Zhao Tian even though they had partners. Huh? Why are they looking at him?

She kinda felt weird and didn't like it seeing their eyes on Zhao Tian. "Tian!" She softly muttered holding his left arm with her both hands and Zhao Tian turned his eyes at her.

Mei Xiu meekly raised her head to speak "Everyone here is acting intimate and if we didn't they may find out that we are actually not a couple."

Hearing this, he chuckled in his mind and nodded "Hm"

Mei Xiu's eyes glanced around the area searching for something and as her gaze fell on a sigh saying 'Autograph event' a smile appeared on her face.

"Tian! Tian! come.." Mei Xiu hurriedly pulled Zhao Tian over to the sign but before she could go there, she glanced at a couple and her smile froze as she turned around.

"No, No, come Tian!" Mei Xiu stopped and suddenly dragged him in the opposite direction. Eh? Zhao Tian was confused as he was getting dragged from place to place "What happened?"

Mei Xiu spoke in a low voice pointing at the couple "That girl is actually from a class I teach at the University and if she saw us walking around, it would surely cause weird rumors in the college."

"Since we are in a nearby city, I thought people in our University wouldn't be here... but seems like I am wrong."

Zhao Tian nodded his head understanding her concern. And as the couple moved away, a sigh left Mei Xiu's lips "Come on..."

Zhao Tian and Mei Xiu quickly arrived near the autograph event and Zhao Tian asked "Do you have anything to get the autograph?"

Mei Xiu quickly nodded and took a photo card of the actress Ai Daiyu from the show "I have this beautiful picture of her that I've been wanting to get autographed...it's just too adorable...hehe."

Seeing her cute face, Zhao Tian smiled and stood with her in the line to get the autograph. Mei Xiu jumped from behind the line as she glimpsed at Ai Daiyu sitting on her seat with a table placed in front of her, busily signing autographs.

Seeing Ai Daiyu, Mei Xiu's eyes brightened "There she is.. There she is...." she yelled in excitement.

Zhao Tian shook his head helplessly seeing her being all excited, sometimes he doesn't understand the craze of people over celebrities. Why are they so obsessed?

"Just two people before." Mei Xiu whispered nervously and her anticipation grew with every second as she was going to meet her favorite actress.

*tap* As she stood in front of the beautiful black-haired woman she placed the photo card on the table, her eyes brimming with excitement "I am Mei Xiu, I have been a huge fan of you and you are so beautiful... a-and.. uh I love you so much."

Ai Daiyu chuckled faintly "Hello, Mei Xiu, I am glad you are-Huh?" her eyes widened in shock looking at the handsome young man standing beside Mei Xiu.

Huh? Mei Xiu also noticed Ai Daiyu gasping in surprise. With a smile on his face, Zhao Tian spoke "It's been a while, Daiyu."

"TIAN?!" Ai Daiyu stood up from her seat and Mei Xiu was taken aback. S-She know Tian? A beautiful smile spread across Ai Daiyi's face as she jumped off from the other side of the table.

Eh? The people were surprised to see the leading actress Ai Daiyu leaping from the table. Wtf?

"Then, why didn't you tell me." Mei Xiu grabbed his shoulders and shook him demanding answers

Zhao Tian smiled wryly seeing this "Honestly it was a surprise for me too as I saw her face just when we entered the mall in the banner."
