Morbit and Max couldn't hide their excitement, their faces alight with enthusiasm as they stood among the top five blacksmiths who had achieved outstanding results in the first round of the competition. Their eyes glinted with pride, knowing this achievement marked a significant step in their crafting journey.

Lanceshot, the revered top-ranked blacksmith, addressed the camera with an air of confidence. "I am proud to reveal that I have crafted an Epic-grade Glove," he announced, holding up a gleaming silver glove, his eyes bright with triumph. "This creation is truly remarkable, perfect for any warrior seeking to enhance their abilities. With its superior stats and exceptional skills, I believe this glove will fetch a handsome price."

Morbit let out a hearty laugh and applauded Lanceshot's confident declaration. "Indeed, earning the trust of such a renowned blacksmith is no small feat. This glove is undoubtedly a masterpiece!" he exclaimed.

The four blacksmiths then presented their work-all Epic-grade items. Amidst them, Titonor stood with an air of confidence, brandishing his Epic-grade arrow.

"It may just be an arrow," he declared boldly, "but it is a work of art that should not be underestimated. This level of craftsmanship demands immense hard work and unparalleled talent. Who knows? Maybe I'll create something even more extraordinary in the next round!"

His gaze shifted towards Broken, who was still absorbed in his crafting. "We don't have to wait to see the outcome," he continued with a smirk. "I know him too well. Even with all his effort, his talent won't carry him far or grant him any luck—haha."

As the minutes ticked away, tension grew among the spectators who surrounded Broken from a distance. Lionell and a few royal blacksmiths, who were acting as judges, stood nearby, their expressions a mix of concern and interest.

"There are only five minutes left until time runs out," someone murmured. "Do you think he'll make it?"

The royal blacksmith slowly shook his head. "It's unlikely. He might need just a bit more time to finish, but I fear it won't be enough for him to create something that could surpass the others in such a short period."

As the seconds ticked away, the crowd held its collective breath in anticipation. Everyone's eyes were glued to Broken, waiting to see if he could complete his creation in time.

"You can do it, Broken! Don't give up!" Booba shouted from afar, his fist clenched in a show of support.

"Only four minutes left, though it feels like an eternity," Goldrich announced.

"No matter how hard I try, I can't catch my breath," Maylock added anxiously. "Yet, there's this nervous excitement to see how it ends."

"Come on, Broken, you're going to beat them all!" Jovina yelled, her voice brimming with encouragement.

"Yes, you can do it, Broken!" Melliandra screamed excitedly.

Freya, visibly annoyed, snapped back, "Can you all please be quiet for a minute?! He needs to concentrate."

Melliandra's eyes widened in surprise at Freya's comment. "What did you just say, you low- level ingrate?" she retorted, mouth agape.

Freya shrank back, her face flushing red. "So-sorry... I'm just really anxious too," she stammered.

All eyes were fixed on Broken as he poured his energy into his final hammer strikes. His confident precision ignored the doubts and noise around him.

"Four," the royal blacksmith announced.

But Broken's face remained focused and determined.

"Three," the royal blacksmith continued, a bead of sweat trickling down his temple.

"Two." He seemed to have already resigned himself to Broken's failure. "This is over," he declared. "You failed."

"One!" Knight Lionell interjected.

At that precise moment, Broken lifted his newly crafted hammer, a look of pride and accomplishment etched on his face. The hammer emitted a brilliant green glow, radiating an aura of power and strength. The crowd was left in stunned silence, their mouths agape as they took in the magnificent hammer now held triumphantly in Broken's hands.

The royal blacksmith's face lit up with a mix of admiration and disbelief, his body trembling uncontrollably. "Don't tell me?! My eyes can't be wrong! This is a miracle!" he exclaimed, his voice reverberating with awe.

The audience erupted into a buzz of murmurs, caught off guard by the royal blacksmith's reaction.

"What happened?" a man in the crowd shouted. "Didn't he fail?"

"There's no way this nobody, Broken, could create something that rivals the top

blacksmiths!" another voiced in disbelief.

"I don't think so. Maybe the royal blacksmith just couldn't bear to see all his hard work end in failure?"

"But that hammer has a light green glow. Does it mean something?" another asked

cautiously.

"What's the deal with the light green glow?" someone else chimed in skeptically.

"It's a Unique - grade item! I'm a blacksmith too. I know it very well."

"Nonsense! This can't be happening!"

With measured steps, the royal blacksmith approached Broken. His eyes glinted under the forge's bright light, and he spoke in a steady tone. "May I inspect the stats of your item?" he asked politely.

Broken nodded, presenting the hammer he had just fashioned. His hand was steady as he handed it over.

The royal blacksmith carefully examined the hammer, turning it gently in his hands. He murmured to himself, "This is something extraordinary... this far exceeds any expectations.

This is truly incredible."

The crowd, hushed and wide-eyed, watched as the royal blacksmith's hands moved reverently over Broken's masterpiece.

The royal blacksmith then turned to face the crowd. "For the first round of the competition, Broken has crafted a truly Unique-grade item - an incredible achievement! He has secured first place in this round and will advance to the next stage."

The announcement left the audience in stunned silence. The rarity of such a feat was not lost on them, and yet, there it was for all to see. Gradually, pockets of the crowd erupted into cheers and applause, their disbelief giving way to admiration. Others still murmured in shock, their minds struggling to reconcile what they had witnessed.

People still couldn't hide their amazement at the result.

"Wow, a Unique-grade? Is he an Advanced Rank blacksmith?" one spectator wondered aloud.

"I don't know, but his name doesn't appear on the ranking dashboard," another replied.

"Maybe he's been hiding his status from the public."

"I can't believe there's a blacksmith better than Lanceshot," another marveled.

In the stands where the Ass Guild members sat, they were jumping up and down with excitement, their cheers echoing around. The people nearby joined in the celebration. After all, the Ass Guild was filled with important figures having a grand time.

"Yeah, Broken... you did it... hahaha!"

"Broken, you make us proud!"

"Damn, this guy is truly impressive," Maylock remarked. "We're lucky we managed to

persuade him to join our alliance."

Goldrich chuckled softly, "Khi khi khi... seems like Elincia has a knack for finding potential in

the most unique ways."

Elincia said. "I hadn't anticipated this level of skill when we sought to bring him into our alliance. Yet here he is, creating something extraordinary once again."

Jovina couldn't help but laugh. "Yo, Broken crafts a Legendary-grade item like it's nothing. So, achieving a Unique-grade is probably just like a stroll in the park for him. Hahaha!" On the stage, Titonor, Lanceshot, and the other blacksmiths hurried forward, their faces marked with surprise and curiosity. They crowded around the royal blacksmith, eager for a closer look at Broken's exceptional creation.

Lanceshot's voice boomed out angrily. "He should be disqualified!" he shouted, jabbing a finger in Broken's direction. "He finished after the time limit!"
