The Ruby Griffon had already been raging for 5 minutes. Diablo was driven off, but it continued to rage. The command from Alduins side to immobilize the summoned beast in front of them was a success, yet (its still mostly Siegs power) the crucial part of calling out to the summoner Tiara didnt succeed.
