Inside the Police Control Room, a tense atmosphere awaited.

Everyone watched in despair and waited anxiously for a miracle to happen. Their comrades' lives were under countdown and there was nothing they could be capable of.

"Command, Bravo teams on standby for your orders, currently en route to assist friendly units. Our location is on XX Road, approaching the XXYY highway, leaving for the outskirts of the city." A sudden female chilly voice interrupted.

Stunned for a moment, the officers exchanged glances, inquiring through the eyes if anyone knew when did they have Bravo teams in this operation.

Yang Qingyue was leaning on the steel handrail at the top, watching everyone's work and the officers' situation on the ground with worried eyes, despite receiving a message stating help was on the way.

When she heard the voice from the radio chatter, introducing themselves as Bravos, Yang Qingyue immediately sprung up from her listless posture.

Cai Ning noticed her change and asked. "Is it the support you're waiting for?

Yang Qingyue nodded her head and leaped onto her subordinates to communicate with them.

The other police officers who were responsible for communications were in a dilemma. Although they understood the oncoming message shone like hope, they were embarrassed about how to connect.

A female officer was about to respond when she felt a pat on the back. Tilting her head backward, she saw Yang Qingyue gesturing for her headset.

Understanding her chief's meaning, she quickly transferred the headset and heard Yang Qingyue say: "This is Command, thank you for your help. We really appreciate your effort. Say again your pos."

"Bravos currently on XX Road, approaching XXYY highway." A regurgitated information about their location was now understood, compared to the previous stunned atmosphere.

Yang Qingyue motioned to the policewoman who gave her the headset to pinpoint where the address was. She watched as her subordinates scribbled across the keyboard and spotted the location.

"Upload it on the big screen. I want you to monitor their travel route and send me the CCTV footage as soon as you see their presence." Yang Qingyue requested and directed her attention to the radios.

"Bravos, we received your last. Can you describe yourselves so that we can make a better plan?" Yang Qingyue asked the person on the other side. Cai Ning got closer to her friend and was thankful Yang Qingyue inquired about what she wanted to know.

"Roger. Two SWAT teams willing to listen to your command. Bravo One is led by me and Bravo Two is led by my deputy. We have more than 2 dozen of manpower, heavily armed. We're rolling on two armor trucks, now, reaching the highway as we speak." Everyone was surprised the leader of the SWAT team going to reinforce their companions was female.

Especially for a unit responsible for an incredibly dangerous task, having a female team leader was unprecedented and very rare. One obstacle was to have enough prestige to overwhelm the subordinates to surrender and be willing to obey her command.

Even though they were separated by a communication channel, their heart already felt calm and composed after hearing the female SWAT leader speak as if even if the apocalypse came, she had their back.

Yang Qingyue and Cai Ning looked into one another's eyes in astonishment, feeling deep respect for the woman whose voice was only known. From her tone, they had made a rigorous judgment—she should be someone from the military and very capable in her line of duty.

The only problem was Yang Qingyue understood, that these SWAT teams weren't from the police force but disguised in order to facilitate their interference in the mission.

"Chief, it's what we should do. For our brothers and sisters who risk their lives, what are we to hesitate." Rainbow fart went back and forth nonchalantly.

The female officer beside Yang Qingyue was working out the information she received quickly and discovered the footage of two noticeable humongous armored vehicles.

Immediately, she notified what she found to Yang Qingyue, who praised her and watched the scene captured. Cai Ning also looked over from her shoulder. The three were dumbfounded.

The poor policewoman tilted her head from side to side, between Yang Qingyue and Cai Ning, hoping her superior would say something.

Yang Qingyue regained from her shock and said. "Bravos, I'll brief our current crisis succinctly. We got multiple teams in ambush, waiting for rescue. My QRF is handling most of them. But we've got two teams we cannot reach. I hope Bravos will support them."

"A-ffirm, our intel also coincides with your briefing. We'll drive as quickly as possible to support the scene."

Yang Qingyue told the policewoman nearby to upload the video footage to the big screen and followed the CCTV on the way. As soon as the big picture captured the image of two beasts, it grabbed everyone's attention.

A few seconds later, murmurs erupted. Fierce discussions surrounded the topic of two armored trucks because of the previous visual shocks.

"Bravos, we're following your convoy on the CCTV. What do you want us to do?" Yang Qingyue asked if they needed to clear the traffic or an escort to quicken their pace.

"Command thanks for the assist. We really don't need anything at the moment. I'll notify you when we have one."

"Great, how can I thank your team? You really give us charcoal in the winter. We are so lost before." Yang Qingyue confessed her difficulty in public. All officers didn't blame her as they understood more how much burden she was carrying at the chaotic moment.

They had never seen a superior this diligent and strategic, overcoming crises one after another. If not for lack of required support, Yang Qingyue appeared like an invincible general to them.

"Command, why don't you treat us and have a date with me then?" A humorous tone kicked in, bringing chuckles out of everyone. Glances lay on Yang Qingyue, whose face froze and blushed a little.

Someone just flirted with her before her subordinates. Cai Ning grasped her shoulder and shook it lightly as she laughed. "Chief, C'mon. You've got to reply."

This moment dissipated the tense nervousness. Yang Qingyue replied. "We'll talk after we finish."

"1-1, prepare to kneel before Sister Xiao afterward." Another voice came in and added the joke.

"Ahh! Keep things under wrap, 2-1. Don't talk…Ahem… Bravo to command, ETA 20 mikes, notify your men, cavalry is on the way, tell them to hold on. I'll report the situation later once we arrived near the scene. Out."

The lady driver stopped her pretense and returned a joking expression. "Well, I wonder how Sister Xiao will react about your flirtatious actions."

"Words have consequences. I don't mind if you desire more harsh training from me personally." Tang Ziyi crackled her knuckles.

The lady driver gulped and coughed to change the topic. "Ahem, Boss, it seems like the police are happy to receive our support."

The girls from behind also snickered at her reaction. Although they also participated in the laughters, they weren't as mocking as her.
