"The king is coming," I informed him.

It surprised him before his soul sense reacted and he turned angrily.

"You will have to do much better than the useless lies to survive from me," he said angrily, before attacking me again.

"It's not a lie," I replied, but he didn't listen.

I didn't say anything further and kept fighting him. Defending against his attack.

Which had become desperate.

He wants to kill me before anyone interferes. Whether it is King or Sky Sovereign of our level that allows me to escape.

He understands the value of the forbidden power and did not want to let me go.

I reached him and attacked with my sword.

He moved his saber forward to defend, and it was fast, but not fast enough. My sword moved past it and poured power into its enchantments.

"Wait, we could tal!" it reached his armor and pierced through his chest, stopping him mid- sentence.

He watched in shock, but a moment later, a vengeful look appeared in his eyes, and he tried to blast his core, but I shook my head.

"No," I said. Shaking my head and a moment later, his self-destruction stopped.

He might have the power of the Prime, but he is Sky Sovereign.

Things work the same as it does with other Sky Sovereigns. The only difference is that here, for someone like him, it requires a lot of power.

He opened his mouth again to speak, but stopped again a moment later as the light in his eyes began to die down.

I watched it fully die down, before putting his body into my storage and going down.

The king isn't far. I need to hide.

I wanted to fight it, but I was tired, but not in this state. I had learned a lot in this battle and needed to digest that before I chose to fight another opponent.

I wanted to keep looking at the things, but I came out of my core and walked into the practice room, before sitting in the center and closing my eyes.

I rarely do things, but I rarely gain such insight.

I have to comprehend it all. Make it mine before it disappears.

It was hours later, I opened my eyes and there was a smile on my face. I have learned a lot, but

there is more to learn, but that will have to wait for tomorrow.

Today, I will eat well and drink to celebrate my ascension to amazing power.

I had taken another step toward my family.

A few seconds later, I calmed enough and got up, before walking toward the shower. I had

burned impurities, but I still felt dirty.

The feeling won't go away until I shower.
