More than a dragon Warrior

Learning new techniques

Learning new techniques

[Tai Lung's POV]

Time passed quickly, especially when you were on vacation and before I knew it, we had spent a total of 5 days in the city of Gyantse.

I spent the days training Mei and getting used to my my new abilities. It turns out, there were a whole lot of doors which opened up with my new infinite chi generator.

Techniques I never even bothered replicating because they used too much chi were now an available weapon in my arsenal. During these five days, I had replicated attacks such as :

1. The tailed beast bomb. I decided to learn this attack due to its similarity with the rasengan, after all, Minoto created the rasengan based on the tailed beast bomb. Also, I thought having an attack I could execute with my mouth alone would be useful in a fight.

It was actually not hard to master because of my experience using the rasengan and obviously, because I had a shit ton of chi I could fuel the attack with.

2. Lighting bending. This was a no-brainer with my already high mastery over fire bending. There was also the fact that I had a deep affinity with lighting as a whole.

The art of lighting bending came naturally to me, like Kung Fu.

3. Chidori. Following the theme of lighting and attack from Naruto, I created the counterpart of rasengan. I coated my hand and specifically my claws with lighting to give myself a huge boost in piercing power and speed. My hand moved at the speed of lighting when I executed this attack.

I also combined this with my Dragon Claw Kung Fu to create diverse attacks.

4. Lastly, I tried to recreate Godspeed from Hunter x Hunter but that escalated and turned into trying to replicate the effect of devil fruit from One Piece. Specifically the logia, Goro Goro no mi.

It was not just from One Piece either but most martial art stories and especially those dealing with cultivation note that changing the body constitution was the highest form of mastery.

I never thought of such things before but the fact that my body could change from human to animal gave me the idea and assured me of the possibility.

If I could change my body to such an extent just by changing the position of my chi, what else could I achieve? Changing my body from flesh to lighting was not such a far fetched idea.

But till now, I was unable to achieve what I wanted. But I could already coat my body with lighting which effectively enabled me to be in Godspeed state.

There was also some interesting things I learned but those are limited withwith my human form. I would note those down later.

So that concludes all of the progress I made in 5 days, It was pretty good in my opinion, especially since I was not too focused on getting stronger until recently.

Yes, now I was fully focused on it again after I was unable to learn the skill of turning my body into lighting. It ignited a strange competitiveness in me and I wanted to prove my genius once more.

But that was no longer here nor there.

Because right now, it was time to test the progress the girl had made.

My body flashed with blue light and when it died down, I had shrinked visibly and my body was no longer that of a snow leopard but that of a man.

"Ready?" I asked but she did not reply. Her eyebrows knit themselves to intimidate and to show her seriousness. I had to keep myself from laughing because she looked anything but scary.

She shot at me, her speed was almost ten times faster than when we started training and I
I was secretly pleased. Although I did not show it.

She started attacking me using the martial arts I taught her - martial arts originated from my past world where everyone was human.

Believe it or not, there was not a single technique or kung fu that a human could use in this world so I had to pull up styles from my past life to train Mei.

And it was working spectacularly.

I dodged a flurry of kicks which someone from my past life would instantly be able to tell were taekwondo kicks.

She was a girl with long slender legs so she was better suited for kicking. And her fluffy tail was providing her with an excellent balance that no normal human would be able to attain.

I dodged her attacks, my human body was weaker but it was still much stronger and faster than hers.

"Good. Now you are not a total embarrassment." I said and she almost smiled but then I swept her off her feet.

She caught herself with her tail before she executed a couple of backflips to create distance between us.

I missed my tail. Why did she get to keep it while I don't in my human form?

*Ting-Ding-Ding*

The sound immediately alerted me. Human chi could not command human chi but there was still the world chi. And everyone existed in the world.

I tilted my head to dodge a swift invisible cut. It missed but it cut a few strands of my hair. That was how close it was.

I clicked my tongue and immediately executed a couple of acrobatics to dodge the dozen of invisible cuts and tears that tried to bisect me. I honestly should've never taught her this move.

It was inspired by the one and only Ryomen Sukuna. Basically you could command the chi of the world to suddenly shift and create a tear which resulted in a cut.

It was not an invisible blade per se but more like tearing a specific part of the world. The main difference lies in that the attack did not need to travel. It just cut a certain place on command.

Mighty eagle could become fully invisible by flying faster than the world chi could catch up and Mei could command the world chi to tear which resulted in everything that existed in that part of the world into being cut.

An interesting move, one that was almost impossible to sense and absolutely impossible to block. If the world tore, everything that existed in it would as well.

It was an overpowered technique but one that required an insane amount of chi.

Another thing Mei was good at was hiding her presence. She could hide as well as a person with inner peace by willing the world to hide her.

But I could hear Mei breathing heavily and that gave away her location

I disappeared form my place and appeared behind to her with my sheer speed.

"Got you." I said and grabbed her head.

Her body immediately relaxed and she slumped on the ground. She looked up at me with ragged breath and asked me with hopeful eyes.

"How did I do?"

She did well, she could probably kill your average Kung Fu master with her ability to hide and her invisible cuts alone.

"Better." I said and that was enough for her to smile.

"Your training is done for today, you can rest now." I said.

Then I walked away from her to sit in another part of the yard so that I could focus on my own training.

I would turn my body into lighting even if its the last thing I do.
