My Mother Has a System but Won't Use It

Chapter 215: He had lost a bit of his edge being smothered by beauties all around?!

Han Li's mother had been carving something with a wooden piece, while on the bed, with a knife before he arrived, but now, her gaze was on him.

He sighed.

Then looked at her. Really looked at her. Looked at her as if he had never laid eyes on that confused but beautiful face. She was wearing traditional Hanfu today, a white one that made her look like a woman from the neighborhood whom everyone just couldn't stop respecting.

What a powerful golden light. His Existence-enforced eyesight was nearly blinded, and he walked closer without even knowing. Near her, he subconsciously felt warm and welcome.

Before he could even control himself, he walked in front of her and fell into her embrace. She was genuinely confused because he had always been the one embracing her, instead of falling into HER embrace as he was doing now.

But she was only happy to oblige and ruffled his hair.

"What happened, Xiao Li?" she asked softly.

"Nothing, I just feel… warm."

He didn't say anything more, but he could notice his own Existence, and it was changing just by being in her embrace. Until now, it had been parched of any golden aura; it had become a dark abyss like an omen of bad luck.

Liyue had also said at some point that the Spirit mentioned the golden aura was luck. So, a lack of it in him could only mean he had bad luck.

But in her embrace, her overwhelming golden aura started to enter him, and he felt inexplicably relaxed. His Existence also devoured that luck as if a man parched in a desert, and she just seemed to provide as much as he wanted.

"I might fall asleep if this goes on…" Han Li stifled a yawn, but Yue Li was surprised.

He was practically clinging on to her as if he had returned to being her little boy from the past. Her heart almost melted.

"Aww~ did Liyue drain you so much yesterday you became such a mess?" she asked, but then suddenly smiled: "That mentioned! I bought something from the resource hall of the temple, something you'd love at this moment."

She put the carving she was working on to the side and, not making him move, took a blue fruit from the drawer beside them. Han Li blinked at the sight of the fruit.

He knew what it was. She ate it, and Han Li smiled wryly without stopping her.

With a big smile on her face, she said, "This fruit is a Water Dao resource. Guess what it does?"

"It makes you lactate for a month or so, right?"

Her face puffed up. "I knew you'd know it."

Han Li sighed, wrapped his hand around her back, and shifted in one clean motion. Her hanfu floated in the air as she was brought into his embrace in the more submissive position. She was obviously more used to this.

"What?" She frowned, looking at his face. "You don't want to try it?"

"I could lay like this forever. But I am in a bit of a hurry today—"

She removed her upper clothes without letting him continue. He stopped and looked at her as her bountiful assets bounced out of her robes and her pink nipples basically brushed against his lips.

He gulped, and his adam's apple bobbed slightly. Then, he began to suckle. She giggled as she felt the tickling sensation of something going from inside her body into his: milk.

His Existence almost burst in color as an exponential amount of golden aura entered into him along with it. With a deep breath, Han Li parted, licking the milk on both sides of his lips.

Indeed, it was water for his soul.

She didn't have to force him to drink anymore and could only giggle as he pushed her onto the bed and began crazily sucking milk from her boobs. Han Li didn't stop it until nearly half an hour later when he felt a bit satisfied. He was indeed a bit thirsty.

He didn't feel ashamed to admit it. Only hypocrites hide their own emotions, even from themselves. If he hated something about himself, he would have changed it long ago, and he was not hateful of any part of him.

"Don't stop to think, just continue for a while longer; I really like this," Yue Li said, "Maybe it's because it has been decades since I did this, but it just… feels so satisfying. Just continue and don't stop. Half an hour—no—just one hour more."

Han Li parted from her nipples and, with milk-covered lips, kissed her.

Yue Li breathed heavily, but then Han Li stood up and pulled her up along with him. He said, "Come. I can't understand anything about this golden aura, and that won't do. Let's have it figured out first before we indulge in ourselves."

His mother was obviously dissatisfied.

"What golden aura?" She humphed. "I know. You don't want me now that you have so many women, do you?"

Han Li sighed. "I really am becoming more mellow by being around you all! I really am!" Then, he growled, "Just dress up, let's go!"

His mother was a bit frightened by the growl and dressed up gloomily. He hadn't ordered her around like that for quite a long time.

When she was properly dressed, she gave him a punch in his stomach and said, "Don't think you can growl at me. Humph. Go do whatever you want. If that's the case, why are you here in the first place?" she stopped, but then added, "I thought you would devote more time to Liyue for at least a while."

Not that she minded it.

Before she could say anything more, she felt her legs rising into the air, and Han Li had taken her into a princess carry. Then, he was on his way.

"You really are a bit rushed… So what's this about?" she asked, "What is this golden aura you spoke of?"

Han Li opened the door and walked quickly out of the room, answering her in voice transmission as he went: "Of course, you seem to be shining like a sun in my sight. Literally."

"Oh, fufu. You shine like that in my eyes, too, so don't worry!"

Han Li smiled as he went towards where Liyue should be. Only the Spirit could tell him everything—he would have to read its memories.

***

Soon enough, Han Li was in one particular room, and many of his women were there, and in the middle was Liyue, already mixed up in another little conflict.

She had come here saying she would research why Ruo had a different aura around her Existence, but she was now in a fierce fight—of chess.

Yue Li's eyes lit up as Han Li entered the wide room and closed the door behind him. After Han Li read her memories, he introduced many things into this world that hadn't been there before. Chess was one of those many things.

In voice transmission, he asked, "Mom, do you ever miss Earth?"

Yue Li shook her head. "I used to when I first transmigrated. Not anymore. This is my home, far more than Earth had ever been and ever would be."

She still remembered that day when Han Li woke up out of his daze after reading her memory. The first thing he did was to look at her with disappointment for not having used any of her knowledge from Earth until that point.

He had called her a failure of a transmigrator.

Which she still remembered. Bastard.

She just happened to be a bit dumb. What can she do about it?

She created a son smarter than herself, right? Wasn't that smart by itself?

Humph. This junior didn't know the immensity of the heavens.

As Han Li entered the room, the energy in the room naturally changed. It became charged.

Every single beautiful gaze moved and focused on him except Ruo and Liyue, who were in a heated battle. They were seated on the ground, and Han Li walked till he sat in the middle of the chessboard, to the side of the fighters.

In the room, there were five people, excluding Han Li and his mother. Liyue, Ruo, Li Yao, Wei Yuanfen, and Hua Feilan. All of them had been either playing board games or meditating all day. If they grew bored, they would go into the waterfall some distance from here for a bath.

Liyue didn't look away from the board but asked, "Did you find out about the golden stuff, Big Broth—Hubby?"

"Not really. I didn't waste time researching it by myself. We'll ask the knowledgeable ones, no need to steam our heads for it."

Liyue nodded and moved her queen to the front, killing off Ruo's queen.

Ruo was calm and from a different area, brought her rook to kill Liyue's queen. Smirking, Liyue placed a bishop onto the side. "Checkmate."

Han Li grimaced as Ruo moved one of her pawns, which Liyue hadn't noticed. The move removed her own checkmate while trapping Liyue's king. Ruo calmly said, "Counter checkmate."

Liyue groaned. "I'd have won if I was the one playing from the start!" She had taken over the game her mother was playing; she wasn't the one who had played the board from the start.

Ruo yawned, hiding her mouth with a hand. "Surely, you'll have won."

Yue Li was on Han Li's lap. He let her sit to the side before he focused his gaze on one particular person in the room.

"Li Yao, come here," he called.

The slim woman in monk robes, looking at the chessboard with a contemplative face, blinked and tilted her head. "That's mother-in-law for you. But what?"

"How has your archery training been going recently?"

Han Li had chosen Archery for Li Yao for a reason; she had keen eyes. It would be too much of a waste not to use it.

He hadn't been looking into their individual training as he had been researching how to gain his own Beast Core for a while.

The basics had already been taught years ago, and the rest was just filling in the blanks anyway. She could learn by herself.

Li Yao smirked. "As good as what a normal woman can become with three years of training—with a professional trainer."

Han Li nodded.

He planned to do many things today.

Only Liyue had some ideas about his plans, but she didn't say anything and rearranged the chessboard. "Ruo, I bet you this. If I lose this game, I will bow down and call you invincible."

Ruo scratched her white eyebrows. "What is the use of you calling me invincible?"

Liyue scoffed.
