Chapter 82: Cumming to terms 2 (++R18)
As Tessa woke up and looked around her bedroom, she noticed the disheveled state of her bed. Pulling back the blanket, she discovered she was naked, and a pounding headache surfaced as she tried to piece together memories from the previous night.
'We did... didn't we?' she thought, her mind swirling with uncertainty.
Just then, Josh appeared with two bowls of cereal in his hands.
"Hey, good morning," he greeted, his eyes bright with morning cheer as he entered the room to find Tessa sitting on her bed, clutching her blanket to cover herself up.
"Hi... slept well?" Tessa replied, her tone nervous as she observed Josh's demeanor, confirming her suspicion that something had happened between them.
"Turns out you really have nothing in this house other than beers. And we ran out of those last night," Josh remarked, handing her a bowl of cereal he had prepared.
Tessa accepted the bowl, grateful for something to ease her headache. "Thanks. My head feels like shit right now. Feels like I took a beating. What did you do to me?" she asked, half-jokingly.
"You mean... what we did to each other?" Josh returned the question, a playful glint in his eyes.
Tessa stared at him for a moment, her mind racing with unanswered questions, before silently digging into the cereal.
"I need to get ready for work. You look ready, so I'll drop you off at your place?" she said, noticing that Josh looked fresh and appeared to have been up earlier than she was.
Josh nodded, standing up to drop his bowl of cereal. However, he suddenly lost his appetite, sensing something off in Tessa's demeanor.
After about 30 minutes, Tessa emerged from her bedroom dressed in a simple yet chic outfit—a white blouse paired with black skirt and flats. Her hair was pulled back into a neat ponytail, giving her a professional yet effortlessly stylish look.
"Ready to go?" she asked, her voice tinged with a hint of apprehension as she approached Josh in the living room, where he was watching the morning news.
"Yeah, let's go," Josh replied, a subtle tension lingering between them as they headed towards the door.
As they walked out, Tessa couldn't help but notice the crate of beer she had left by the door was now filled with empty bottles, and her trash can was overflowing with pizza boxes.
"Looks like we really went at it last night," she remarked, a wry smile playing on her lips as they made their way to Josh's car.
As Tessa and Josh got into her car and drove off, a palpable tension hung in the air, neither of them quite sure how to address the events of the previous night. During the ride towards Josh's place, he hesitated for a moment before finally breaking the silence.
"So... about last night," Josh began tentatively, his voice betraying a hint of uncertainty.
Tessa shifted uncomfortably in her seat, her hands gripping the steering wheel a little tighter than usual. "Yeah, about that... I don't really remember most of it," she admitted, her tone apologetic.
Josh's brows furrowed in concern, a flicker of disappointment flashing across his face before he composed himself. "Right. It's okay, I guess," he replied, trying to mask his disappointment with a forced nonchalance.
They sat in silence for a moment, the weight of unspoken words hanging heavy in the air.
Then, Josh turned to Tessa, his gaze searching hers with an intensity that made her squirm under his scrutiny. "Hey, Tessa... if it weren't for the alcohol, would you... you know, do it?" he asked, his voice low and hesitant.
Tessa met his gaze, her own expression a mixture of uncertainty and vulnerability. "I don't know, Josh," she replied honestly, her voice barely above a whisper. "Maybe... maybe not. But I do know that I care about you, and I don't want to ruin what we have by rushing into things."
Josh's shoulders slumped slightly, a pang of disappointment coursing through him at her response. He had hoped for a different answer, one that would validate his own feelings and desires. But he knew he couldn't push her, couldn't pressure her into something she wasn't ready for.
"Yeah, I get it," he muttered, his gaze dropping to his lap as he fidgeted with his hands, the tension between them palpable.
They drove the rest of the way in silence, each lost in their own thoughts and uncertainties, the unspoken words hanging heavy in the air like a thick fog.
As they pulled up to Josh's street, Tessa couldn't shake the nagging question swirling in her mind. With a hesitant glance in Josh's direction, she finally mustered the courage to ask.
"Hey, Josh... Do you... um, did you like the Tessa of last night better?" she inquired, a playful smirk tugging at the corners of her lips.
Josh glanced over at her, a hint of amusement dancing in his eyes at her question. "Hmm, maybe I did. This one is great too," he replied with a teasing grin.
Tessa's playful smirk softened into a more contemplative expression as she turned to face Josh. "So... do you ever want to meet that Tessa again?" she asked, her tone laced with curiosity and a hint of vulnerability.
Josh's gaze softened as he met her eyes, his expression thoughtful. "You mean the Tessa who's not afraid to let loose and have a little fun?" he mused, a faint smile playing on his lips. "Yeah, I think I'd like that,"
Tessa didn't care. She had a one-track mind now, with one and only one goal; to get this guy to fuck her. She was a little scared at first when she woke up and discovered she was naked. But seeing the look on Josh's face and that ting of Hope that the events of last night would spring up something made her realize she was just being ...a bitch.
After all, she remembered wanting him badly even before being drunk. She couldn't let him go just like that. She'd hurt him enough over the years, this was her chance.
As they drove up the main road towards the motorway, she felt that tingle again. She thought about the night they had and had the urge to talk about it, slowly all the events were starting to fall into place.
"Your dick felt good last night," she blurted out provocatively.
