Lucas didn't bother to check the talent crystal as it clearly mentioned the grade and the profession. Moreover, he had never heard of an Extricate stone, at least that was not in his memories.

So, he was curious about the stone and without wasting any time, he took it out of his inventory.

'Ding,

     Item name:- Extricate stone.

     Use:- It can erase the low-level slave seal placed on the bodies of all beings.

     Note:- It is a consumable item.

'What? It can erase the seal.'

Lucas was surprised with the information on the small colourless marble in his hand.

'I think it will motivate the slaves to work even harder.'

Without thinking much, Lucas knew where and on whom he had to use this stone. 

Moreover, as long as he erase the seal mark of a single slave in his family, it would definitely motivated the other slaves in working hard for the family.

The thing is, even though he had already gave new names to the young slaves, in the outsider's view, they were still the slaves. So, Lucas was planning to use the stone on one of the slave in front of everyone.

'Now, it is time to check the last item.'

Lucas was having high hopes on the last item because from the name alone he could guess the use of the item; however, he needed to check whether he was right or wrong about it.

     Item name:- Dungeon boss crystal 

    Grade:- Bronze

    Use:- The crystal can be used to summon a creature or being whose strength is around rank 4 spirit beast, to guard the user's dungeon.

    Note:- The user can't summon the dungeon boss unless he owns a dungeon and the summoned creature can't come out of the dungeon.

'What? Only a rank 4 strength?'

Lucas was a little disappointed when he saw the strength of the creature was only rank 4.

Actually, when he saw 'Dungeon boss', Lucas expected for the creature to have at least the strength of rank 5. So, of course, he was disappointed.

'Ding,

     There is no need for the host to disappoint. Even though the summoned dungeon boss has only rank 4 strength, he would be much more powerful than any other rank 4 spirit beasts in the outside world.

'Ding,

     Moreover, no matter how many times he was killed, he would be revived by the dungeon after a specific time.

Seeing his disappointed look, the system sent a couple of system notifications that made him satisfied with the dungeon boss that he was yet to summon.

'Even though the dungeon boss is limited to the dungeon, a dungeon can give good items depending on the participants.'

Lucas nodded his head; however, the problem is, he had yet to own a dungeon.

'Looks like I need to settle the matters regarding the town as soon as possible before entering the dungeon.'

In the past, Lucas received a key to the uncleared dungeon; however, at that time, he was not powerful enough to clear a dungeon on his own; however, Lucas had got enough confidence in clearing the dungeon.

'However, to be on the safe side, I will increase my strength in the assassin profession to the General rank and gain two more new skills.'

Lucas modified his plan according to the situation.

If he didn't clear a new dungeon in his first time, there would be outcomes.

One, he would be killed by the creatures in the dungeon and two, even if he was able to escape from the dungeon with his life, the dungeon would permanently restrict him from entering the dungeon.

So, Lucas felt having two more skills would only increase his chances of clearing the dungeon in his first try.

'The items from a bronze treasure chest are already good. I wonder what type of items and how many items will come from the silver and gold treasure chest.'

Looking at the disappeared bronze coloured treasure chest, Lucas silently muttered to himself.

'Anyway, it's time to enter the secret room and increase my mage profession's strength.'

With that thought in his mind, Lucas entered the secret training room connected to his room.

Outside the Silverstone town.

'What the hell? How did they survive the invasion of the evil spirit beasts that was led by a rank 5 evil spirit beast?'

'Not only they survived the invasion, but someone was blessed by the heavens. I wonder which family is that.'

'Leave those things aside. But why the hell there is a barrier around the town?'

'Damn that adventurer's guild. They intentionally set up this barrier in order to make us stay away from the town.'

'But, the barrier looks a little more powerful compared to the previous barrier that was owned by the adventurer's guild. Don't you think so?'

All the family heads and the guild leaders who escaped the town after seeing the rank 5 evil spirit beast had reuturned after seeing the light from the heavens.

However, there was a powerful barrier that was stopping them from entering the town, making them furious.

Nevertheless, they could see no one inside the town from outside as everyone was tired after having a lengthy battle with the evil spirit beasts.

"Let's return tomorrow morning and if someone dares to take the property that belongs to me, I will kill them with my own hands."

Soon, one after another left the place as they didn't want to spend the entire night outside the town like beggars.

In an emergency, everyone stored all the items that could be stored; however, properties lke buildings, stores can't be taken away. So, everyone swore to kill anyone who eyed their properties.

However, what they didn't know was Lucas already sensed the presence of these cowards when they attacked the barrier since the barrier was in his control.

Nevertheless, he didn't have any plans to open the barrier for now as he was planning to make these bastards suffer a little for abandoning the town and at the same he was also planning to become a tier 1 lesser mage. So, he didn't allow them.
