Lucas was shocked when he saw the guide's announcements regarding his fifth match.

He was eagerly waiting for a special reward but not only did he receive one but he also got an additional function of the [Fighting arena] which would only unlock at every major level.

'However, I am yet to become a silver level fighter but I already received one.'

Lucas knew it was not luck he got; instead, it was because of his back to back wins in his first visit into the [Fighting arena].

'I wonder whether I will receive any additional rewards for becoming a Silver level fighter today.'

Since it was very difficult for a fighter to win five back to back wins in his first visit, the [Fighting arena] would, of course, reward him with something. So, Lucas was thinking about entering the Silver level, because it is common sense that the additional reward would be very valuable.

With that thought in his mind, Lucas waited for the additional function of the [Fighting arena] and the special reward he received.

<Betting counter:- The fighters can bet on themselves or other fighters; however, the matches will not be shown to them. So, collect the information on the fighters before placing the bets>

<Note:- The fighters can't place a bet on himself as it can be easily manipulated>

The guide showed the two additional functions along with the basic information on them.

'Looks like finally this [Fighting arena] becoming a real arena.'

When he saw the two additional functions, Lucas had that feeling and with a glance, he knew which additional function he had to choose.

Even though he knew [Information exchanage] will be a good additional function, Lucas knew it would be no use for him as most of the fighters he will be fighting were only Bronze level fighters and very few of them might be as lucky as him to get a chance to unlock an additional function.

Even if he sell any information on the bronze level fighters, no one would be willing to pay a high price or even buy it.

Moreover, Lucas had other plans with the [Betting counter]. So, he chose that additional function.

Once again, the guide asked him about his next match and Of course, Lucas decided to continue fighting as he had nothing to do for now.

'So far, I relied mostly on Assassin skills, so, the assassin sea depleted a lot compared to other seas. I need to minimize it and use other profession skills and spells for the coming matches.'

Since Lucas wants to become a Silver level fighter today, he had to conserve his energy for the remaining five matches.

Unlike before, as soon as he gave an answer, the guide didn't change his surroundings; instead, asked whether he wanted to bet on himself.

"Yes. I want to bet on myself."

The reason he selected the [Betting counter] was mainly to bet himself. So, of course, he nodded his head.

Lucas raised his brows for a moment; however, deep down he felt excited as he could not feel the pressure.

Until now, even if Lucas lost the fight, he would only lose the winning streak; however, now, he placed all the gold coins he won in the [Fighting arena] along with some gold coins from his pocket.

Here are his earnings from the previous matches.

First match:- 1 x 1000

Second match:- 2 x 10000

Third match:- 3 x 10000

Fourth match:- 4 x 10000

Fifth match:- 5 x 1000

Overall, until now, he earned a total of 96000 gold coins from the [Fighting arena] and even added 4000 gold coins to it before placing the entire amount in the betting counter.

'I need to win this match at any cost.'

Lucas didn't regret placing the bet; instead, he was starting to feel that this was a real fight as losing 100000 gold coins is a huge loss for him.

'From the alias of my opponent, it looks like he has dual professions. I should not give him any time to use his spells as they will deal a lot of damage.'

Lucas tried to analyze his opponent before thinking about his special reward.

          Effect:- Can be used to find out the information on a fighter in the [Fighting arena]

          Limitation:- It can only be used once.

'Oh. It is a good supporting item.'

Lucas nodded his head and continued thinking, 'I should keep it for my ten matches as it will be the most critical match for me to become a Silver level fighter.'

He already thought of when he had to use it as he kept it inside his inventory.
