Chapter 155 - Going Out Of The Town
When the three family heads learned that there was a special training program by the Hellmore family, they thought they should not send many of their youngsters as it would seem that they were relying too much on Lucas.
In this world, in any event, that was organized by the main family, the guardian families or subsidiary families would have a limited quota of seats to attend.
So, according to them, ten youngsters from each family was already a high number; however, when they heard that Lucas would not mind more youngsters from the guardian family, they were surprised before changing their minds of sending more youngsters.
Nevertheless, they were also curious about the training pace. So, one of them asked about it.
"Haha…have you not noticed the huge open ground in the outer circle of the town?"
Lucas laughed as he asked them a question.
"What? Sir Lucas, don't tell me you are organizing a special event in the outer circle of the town?"
All the three family heads were surprised by Lucas' answer as they asked Lucas about it.
After editing the Silverstone tower, Lucas classified the Silverstone town into three circles namely, outer, middle and inner sections.
Raindrop manor is at the center of the town which was the inner circle of the town. As for the middle circle, the manors of the new families along with the workshop for three professions.
Currently, the outer circle was empty as there were not many residents in the town and it is the largest portion which Lucas was planning to use as the training ground.
"I know what you are worried about."
Lucas revealed a slight smile on his face as he replied, "No one can watch our special training program from the outside. Because the barrier was not only for obstructing others from entering the town, it could stop the prying eyes of outsiders."
If others were to find out about their special training, then it would not make the outside world know about their special training program.
"Oh. There is such a function to the barrier?"
The three family heads were surprised as they had never heard of a barrier with such a function.
"So, go now and select a few more youngsters from your families for the special training program."
Soon, Lucas sent the three family heads away.
"Family head, I think the royal family is planning something big to remain silent even after a week from that event."
After the family heads left, Old Bernard said his thoughts about the royal family.
"Let them have their plans. As long as they don't have a Sovereign rank expert, there is nothing to worry about."
Lucas knew didn't have the strength to go against the royal family head-on; however, at the same time, the royal family could not do anything to them either openly or secretly unless they had a Sovereign rank expert.
At the moment, Lucas only wanted to grow as powerful as possible while making his family a powerful entity. Only then, finding the whereabouts of the mysterious organization with the infinity logo.
"Reece, Harper, Porter will be the instructors and when you have time, you can also guide them with the set of exercises I wrote down for you."
"Beck will take care of the surge squad. So, don't worry about them."
.
.
.
Lucas gave all the orders to the old Bernard because he could stay at peace with Bernard taking care of those things.
"For us, the next year is very crucial."
Lucas said that to Bernard because within a year, Lucas knew he could do so many things.
"Family head, what are you going to do?"
Even though Lucas planned everything for others, the old man was curious about what Lucas had planned for himself.
"For now, it is a secret."
Lucas didn't say that his next plan was to enter the dungeon and conquer it; instead, he ordered, "Old man, I am going out of the town and while I am gone, you will be in charge of the town. Don't disappoint me."
As soon as he finished his words, Lucas silently left the raindrop manor and rushed towards the exit of the town.
'Master, if only you were here, you would be proud of the growth of the young master.'
Looking at the back view of Lucas, Bernard thought about his old master, who was also the father of Lucas.
"With everything settled in the Silverstone town, I can go out and focus on conquering the dungeon."
Lucas was waiting for a while to clear the uncleared dungeon and as long as he cleared this dungeon, he could stop worrying about the training for the strongest members in the Silverstone town.
'However, before I go to this uncleared dungeon, why don't I become a General ranked assassin as it will make my chances of clearing the dungeon increase.'
Lucas thought of increasing his chances of clearing this dungeon because once he fails in clearing it, he would be blacklisted from entering the dungeon until it was cleared by someone.
'Ding,
Promotion to General assassin requires the assassination of,
Rank 3 spirit beings:- 0 / 1000.
Rank 4 spirit being:- 0 / 1 (The host can choose a skill from the killed spirit beast).
Just before leaving Silverstone town, Lucas checked the number of assassinations he had to complete and revealed a slight smile on his face.
Even though he didn't want to become an assassin again, the circumstances….no he chose to become one as it was the quickest way to become stronger.
Gradually, he once again fell in love with his old profession; however, this time, he was not doing the assassinations for others; instead, he was doing it for himself. So, he was not regretting walking the same path as his previous life which had slight modifications.
'Screech'
Just as he left the barrier, a regular brown coloured eagle screeched in the air as it dived down before landing on Lucas' shadows.
"Looks like there is no one, right?"
Lucas asked the phantom eagle which was currently in its day form, which nodded its head.
"Let's go to the Myriad primordial forest. Shall we?"
Soon, Lucas summoned his blackwind panther before rushing towards the biggest forest in the Barren firmament.
