Chapter 109: 109 Super Burning

Chapter 109: Chapter 109 Super Burning

The Minotaur wore a watch on its wrist, too, and it was black, just like the teleportation device Lin Shen first wore.

Looking around and not finding any humans or Base Variant Creatures, the Minotaur took off the backpack he was carrying and pulled out a few items from it.

“What the heck is that?” Lin Shen saw the Minotaur putting on something like a three-quarter motorcycle helmet and then looking around.

Lin Shen immediately felt something was not quite right, and sure enough, when the Minotaur’s gaze swept over to where he was, it paused.

A sinister smile appeared on the corner of the Minotaur’s mouth as he assembled several tubes taken out from the backpack into a double-bladed battle axe.

The double-bladed battle axe was quite unique, mostly made of Alloy, with the blades being red crystals and crystal patterns on the shaft.

The next second, the Minotaur suddenly used its Base Mutation strength, and a black Alloy battle armor quickly enveloped its entire body, its large physique and heavy armor making it look like a heavy mech warrior.

As it used its Base Mutation power, Lin Shen realized that the tight clothing hadn’t burst; instead, the Base Mutation substance had passed through the tight clothing to form the carapace.

This was quite magical. On Lin Shen’s mother planet, Mutators generally wore rather loose robes to avoid damage when using Base Mutation power. He had never seen such high-tech products before.

The Minotaur could also use a Pet Capsule, and in an instant summoned a large black Alloy bull, and mounted it to charge in this direction.

“How did he find me? It must be that helmet.” Lin Shen’s eyes were fixed on the Minotaur’s equipment, and they began to shine.

An Alloy Level alien was nothing to brag about; Tian Xin was of Crystal Base after all, and had the Angel Revolver taken from her by him.

This Minotaur was just an Alloy Level, far inferior to Tian Xin, so Lin Shen naturally wasn’t afraid of it.

Nevertheless, Lin Shen immediately underwent Base Mutation, with Mirror Carapace wrapping around his entire body and his right hand, carried behind his back, gripping the Angel Revolver with his finger on the trigger, ready to fire at any moment.

Three mutated Black Armored Centipedes that were hidden nearby ambushed from three different points around Lin Shen, ready to attack at any time.

Even when facing an Alloy Level Minotaur, Lin Shen was prepared to give it his all. He wouldn’t launch an attack without good cause but when he did, it had to be a thunderous blow, leaving the enemy no chance.

The Minotaur, seeing that Lin Shen was human and a Steel Level human at that, actually stopped and didn’t continue the charge.

“Human? I didn’t expect to see a human here.” The Minotaur spoke Mandarin fluently, perched atop a giant black bull that could rival an elephant in size, gripping a giant double-edged axe with one arm and pointing at Lin Shen with an arrogant air, “Tell me how you got here, and perhaps I might spare your life.”

“What if I said I’m a native of this place, would you believe me?” Lin Shen thought to himself, chatting with the Minotaur might also be good, possibly extracting some useful information.

Originally Lin Shen thought that only Tian Xin, the alien, knew the way into the planet, but it turned out other aliens had found their way in too. Lin Shen now wanted to know just how many other aliens had come in and whether there were any more advanced and stronger beings among them.

“Native? There are still natives on this planet?” The Minotaur’s eyes, big as copper bells, suddenly widened, “Could it be that this planet is the long-lost Human Mother Planet? The birthplace of the human race?”

Lin Shen learned from Tian Xin that no teleporter to the Human Mother Planet had been discovered yet, so for now, only humans could leave, and no aliens could reach the Mother Planet.

That the Minotaur spoke like this was clearly due to Lin Shen’s misleading guidance, causing him to mistake the Realm King Planet for the Human Mother Planet.

It was evident that the Minotaur didn’t know where he had teleported to, which gave Lin Shen some relief.

“Haha, that’s just great, I didn’t expect the teleporter to actually lead to the Human Mother Planet. This is fantastic, just fantastic.” The Minotaur’s eyes shone beneath his helmet as he stared at Lin Shen and said, “As the first human to encounter me, I permit you to become the first slave of the great Ultra-Burn Tribe warrior Augustman. You may now kneel before your master.”

The Minotaur Augustman’s arrogant demeanor seemed as if becoming his slave was a stroke of incredible fortune for Lin Shen.

“Respected Ultra-Burn Tribe warrior, I wonder how many noble warriors have come. We humans greatly admire such a powerful species as the Ultra-Burn Tribe. There are many humans who desire to become the slaves of the Ultra-Burn Tribe. Do we have the honor?” Lin Shen spouted nonsense, since there was no law against blabbering.

Hearing Lin Shen’s words, Augustman became even more smug, his snout practically pointing to the sky.

“Not everyone is qualified to become a slave to us Ultra-Burn Tribe warriors; it depends on their aptitude. They must be at least Steel Level, that’s the bottom line. If it’s a female human and she’s attractive, we could relax the restrictions a bit. How many people do you humans have?” Augustman asked greedily, staring at Lin Shen.

“There are many attractive ones, our population is probably just under a billion,” Lin Shen said casually.

“A billion… That’s not too few… The Pioneer Corps this time is thirty thousand warriors… aside from the benefits for the Corps Commander and Deputy Corps Commander… each warrior can still divide up quite a few human slaves…” Augustman mumbled to himself, seemingly calculating how many human slaves he could claim, his eyes growing brighter.

“Human, take me to your city. I might deign to accept the fealty of some humans,” Augustman demanded.

“Thank you for your mercy and tolerance. Such a great warrior like you must be a very significant presence in the Ultra-Burning Corps as well?” Seeing that Augustman’s brain didn’t seem too sharp, Lin Shen continued to flatter him.

“Of course.” Augustman seemed to be getting a little impatient and barked at Lin Shen, “Lead the way now.”

“I’ll lead the way, but before we go, I just need to confirm if you are truly a great Ultra-Burn Tribe warrior. Humans only wish to serve true Ultra-Burn Tribe warriors,” Lin Shen said.

“Of course, I am. Can’t you tell?” Augustman responded coldly.

“Please forgive the shallow knowledge of humans,” Lin Shen said with a smile.

“How will you confirm it?” Augustman interrupted Lin Shen impatiently.

“If you can defeat me, then I will acknowledge you as a true Ultra-Burn Tribe warrior,” Lin Shen claimed as he raised his Death Powder, spear-like in his hand.

“What’s so difficult about that?” Augustman laughed boisterously, lifting his free hand and cockily gesturing to Lin Shen, “Come on then. If you can survive one blow from me, you’ll be my first slave hereafter.”

“Here I come,” Lin Shen said with a sly smile at the corner of his mouth, rare for him to encounter a lower-class alien, perfect to test his current strength.

After summoning the Iron-horned Horse and mounting it, Lin Shen raised his spear and galloped down the grassy slope, charging straight at the snooty Augustman.
