Chapter 1050 The End Of The Novel - Part 1
Arthur didn't know how come a life exists in the center of such all this death, but the more he was puzzled about it the more he raised his guard.
If a living creature could sustain all this desolation and even absorb such a tremendous amount of energy for eons without problems, then that creature must be something else.
Something he had to be wary against.
"It's good I have learnt that scorching sun sword technique," he muttered to himself. In matters of defense, either it was his scales or his newly learnt defensive techniques, he had no issue at all.
But in regard to offense, without that newly learnt technique he would be rendered helpless against such a formidable opponent.
Even the high cost of such technique dimmed against its great value. What if that creature was formidable? Arthur had his own confidence stemming from his own technique.
After all, his golden pearl energy would be ignited entirely to produce a massive form of attack. He doubted the presence of anything that could sustain a single hit from such a sword.
Arthur waited patiently on the side while his originals started to break the inside of that prison. The sight of their comrades and kins being trapped inside cells and raised like cattle stock made them all furious.
They might not be smart, not as smart as Arthur, but they could feel the ominous and negative auras coming from this place.
So under Arthur's silent gazes, they worked hard to relieve all the originals inside. And their effort made another change in the entire system of that gigantic farm.
The flow of energy started to get disrupted. Under Arthur's special vision, the flow of energy became fainter and dimmed with the more destruction the originals did to the inside of this farm.
Arthur knew this would trigger something, and so he became prepared to face whatever coming out from that weird space.
"Rumble!"
Arthur didn't need to wait for long. Just after the passage of two hours, the originals rescued from the inside of that farm became almost over sixty percent of the total population trapped inside.
Arthur ordered Gege and instructed her to open portals near each saved originals and take them all inside the original world. He also instructed her to brief the originals inside that world, so they would be prepared to help their mates.
Arthur knew for sure that the creature coming from the center of that farm would be a being that no original could face. After all this creature bred over the energy of the originals, making him something higher and far stronger than any original.
Arthur had a massive army of originals under his command, but that didn't mean he would recklessly abandon and sacrifice originals like that.
So he instructed Gege and warned her from what was about to appear. She had to interfere and help in saving the originals before they got killed.
The moment that rumbling occurred, Gege acted. Portals flashed by every single original and sucked them all away.
"Woosh!"
But even with that being done, and despite the high speed of Gege's portals and actions, many of the originals were swept by a sudden burst of white energy.
The moment this energy hit them, they got vaporized like ice facing fire. They had no resistance at all, just like what Arthur expected.
Only by the release of the energy from that creature, that attack was able to wipe almost one fourth of the entire original army here.
Arthur squeezed his eyes before he activated his long prepared black dragon scale technique. This technique required one hour of preparation, and so he was prepared for its use since he discovered the presence of that creature.
"Crack!"
"Crack!"
"Crack!"
Like a massive egg getting opened, sounds of cracking came constantly from the direction of that central space. Arthur waited while his defensive technique stood tall against the impulse of that white energy that engulfed him in a matter of seconds.
Once hit, Arthur instantly tried to sense and analyze this energy. To his surprise, this energy wasn't related to any form of energy he knew about.
It wasn't like mage's power, not like his spiritual energy, not even like the death energy necromancers used. After sensing it for long minutes, Arthur realized another shocking fact.
This energy wasn't like his golden pearl energy either, but it was similar in quality to this form of energy. Comparing the intensity of the energies Arthur came to know, this white energy seemed a bit higher than all, yet it was almost on par with his golden pearl energy.
That discovery made him link all the dots and reach a surprising guess. That creature seemed to walk the same path as Arthur, combining two forms of energies to produce a higher form of new energy.
Just like his golden pearl, an energy form alien to this universe concept. This white energy was the same. Yet for some reason, Arthur felt the level of this energy was a bit lacking compared to his golden pearl energy.
When he sensed that, he felt great ease. It seemed that the mysterious creature's path took a long time to produce the same results as him. Luckily Arthur came and interrupted this process before that creature would reach the same level as him.
Even if the two energies were basically the same, his energy was higher and stronger. Considering this difference wasn't a big one, yet in such a decisive fight that difference was enough to determine the winner from the loser.
Even before the battle kicked in, Arthur knew this clash was destined to be his victory. And if that creature was as intelligent as himself, then that being would also reach the same conclusion.
"What will you do now?" Arthur's face showed a calm smile while watching the inside of that devastated farm. He was amused, waited to see how his enemy would adapt and react to such a situation he was forced to face.
