The Extra’s Survival: Logging into the Game Master System!

Chapter 82: [Looming Danger!]

[Location: About 500 Kilometers away from the City where Adrian and the rest of the players were!]

-Whoosh!

In the dead of the night, a lone girl was running with all her might. Her speed was comparable to fast super cars as she ran through the forest and the desert. Crossing lakes and rivers within seconds as she killed everything in between.

She was the Seat 11 of the unknown group that was slowly taking over the entire tower, mostly succeeding in their mission. Their reasons were unknown to many and even their existence was a myth.

Among the members, the 12, who were the strongest, were given a seat in the round circle. Their power was comparable to most of the admins themselves and they alone could be comparable to the combined strength of all the players of the entire first 20 floors.

From seat 12 to the top, the ascending order is according to their power and the extent of their [Gift]. And being Seat 11, the girl was the second least powerful member of the group.

Even then her power was somewhere around that to those of Admins of the tower. In the entire tower there were barely 50-60 people who were stronger than her. And that included the admins, gods, high rankers and the Tower Managers.

"Half way done. Half more to go," Seat 11 spoke as she looked at the front without any break in her speed.

"Just a few more weeks and we will take control over the entire tower. And then, I can finally go back to my old world," she spoke as a smile appeared on her face.

Seat 11 was a girl from a forgotten world that the tower failed to protect. Even though the apocalypse had descended upon that world and most of it was gone, that world still existed.

Unlike many who wanted to thrive in the tower and gain all the powers they could, Seat 11 had lost everything in her life. At this point, she simply wanted to die. But since there was a chance to fuck this tower over and go back to their home planet where she could die peacefully, then what's the harm in trying that?

What's the worst that can happen? She would simply die.

"Just a bit more sister. And I will meet you soon," she mumbled in sadness as the wind brushed past her face. The cold wind against the silent night view made her recall pleasant memories. Nostalgia hit her hard as a few tears escaped her eyes.

And then as she enjoyed those tears with a smile, she kept running at the same pace towards the destination where the 'unknown variable' was present.

[Location: The Human Kingdom!]

"You sure are a good specimen! It would be fun to dissect you to get your power," the king of holy humans spoke as he looked at the Seat 3 in front of him.

The entire castle had turned into dust with debris lying around the duo as far as the eyes can see. Yet, not a single scratch was present on either of their bodies.

"I must say. I underestimated you. This is taking much more time than I expected," Seat 3 spoke as he looked at the pocket watch in his hand. It showed a timer of 1 minute and 8 seconds.

This also meant that the entire destruction around them happened in merely a minute and a few seconds.

"Haha! You sure are cocky! To think you can last against me for this long! The last person who was able to do that was the Vampire King himself. Tell me kid, what's your name?" The King of Holy humans spoke with a pride filled expression.

Even though he was still looking down on Seat 3, he was now respecting the enemy. According to him, Seat 3 was worthy of being remembered by the Holy King.

"Is that so? But I must say… you are not worthy of knowing my name," Seat 3 mocked the king, making him narrow his eyes at Seat 3. But then a worry filled expression appeared on Seat 3's face.

"Since none of the basic spells are enough to take him down, should I go for the intermediate? But that would end up destroying a fraction of this planet as well," Seat 3 mumbled as he began talking to himself.

Not waiting for the enemy, the Holy King prepared a huge spear of light. Its length was about a kilometer and the width of the rod was around 50 meters. Pointing it at the Seat 3, the king spoke,

"Farwell kid. It was nice meeting you. Too bad I can't research your body."

And then the King threw the spear at Seat 3.

"Well. It's a necessary sacrifice. 1 would surely understand," Seat 3 spoke as the pages of his grimoire rapidly turned before it reached a certain page that glowed silver.

[Skill Book Page 97: The Fate of a Doomed World: Spell 1: Black Hole!]

And then…

A black hole appeared in the sky, beginning to take everything in. At first it was the spear that the King threw. Then it was the surrounding, the dirt, the air, the plants and the seas. Slowly it began taking everything inside, rapidly breaking down the planet itself.

The King's eyes widened as he saw the black hole in front him. Because he could see the mana present on the planet, he was even more shocked than before. That was because even the mana of the planet was rapidly being sucked into that black hole.

"YOU BASTARD! HOW DARE YOU!" The King shouted but it was too late. At this point, he, too, began to be sucked into the black hole along with everything in his surroundings.

The more the black hole sucked its surroundings, the bigger it got. The king could only feel despair as he looked at that black hole.

He needed to escape. If he cannot escape, he will really die. He must run away from here or else…

A deep rooted fear began to form in the King's mind. But before he could even begin to escape.

"You were surely stronger than the Vampire. It's sad though… because of your power, I can't even use you… truly a pity," Seat 3 spoke as he turned the pages of his grimoire again.

[Skill Book Page 2: The Peak Martial: First Skill: Basic Punch!]

A simple spell that should have had no effect on the King.

-Booom!

Was ironically the hardest punch that the King ever received in his life. And perhaps the last one too.

Pushed by the punch, the King was thrown into the black hole, which ate him up alive, separating his entirety into millions and billions of pieces. Until there is nothing left.

And once the work was done, Seat 3 closed the book, undoing the black hole spell, as it left only destruction behind.

About a 100 kilometers of area was gone, as the lone man stood in the air, wondering if this much damage was worth it. But in the end, he only sighed as he mumbled,

"At least I got the work done."

His eyes then looked back, specifically to the other world where the Seat 11 was. He pondered a little before mumbling,

"I guess, I can go to sleep until she appears here."

And then he vanished from there, leaving only destruction behind.

[Location: ????]

The aura of two beings was being reflected in a pond. Even though one cannot see their body or shape, they can tell that one of them was a female with black aura, and the other one was a male with golden white aura.

With a heavy voice that was filled with relief yet tension, the woman spoke,"Are you sure asking for their help was the right choice? At this rate there would be nothing left in this world?"

"I understand but… it's still better than one of the worlds being completely destroyed and the other one being eaten alive by the Galactic worms," the man with the white aura spoke. He has an air of dignity, but everytime he looked at the world breaking, his pride would slowly crumble, killing him from the inside.

"Why is… fate so cruel to us? Why does the tower want to destroy this beautiful world? Just what did it do to the tower?" The woman asked. Her voice was breaking, she was angry, upset.

Things were perfect before. But everything changed as soon as the tower began interfering in their existence.

Changing their fates and destinies… playing with their lives.

"That is why we are taking their side. To destroy the tower as fast as possible… that is our only hope to retain the worlds that are rightfully ours," the man spoke with a deep sigh, while the woman sobbed.

"Is there really no other way?" The woman asked with a weak voice, while the man turned silent. Wondering the same thing that the women asked.

Is there… really no other way?

[Location: At a certain random boundary, where the fabric between the Tutorial and the First Floor was breaking!]

A woman walked through the corruption rift, escaping the chains of the tower as she betrayed the role that bound her to the first floor

Even though this wasn't the destination that she wanted to reach, still this was a place that didn't make her feel suffocated.

She could breath freely here, and she raised her arms trying to take in this air that was foreign to her.

"It's refreshing," she mumbled as she looked at this new world in front of her. Something she hadn't seen for over a millennium or more.

Nora, the soul of the first floor has entered into the Tutorial 5.
