Chapter 233: Luring



"What the..." Aleron frowned as he felt killing intent from the people.

"Master," Shelby's expression was serious as she quickly created a big dreamy blue flame barrier covering 50 meters of radius.

"Why are they after us?" Luna asked as a pair of black crystal icy gauntlets appeared on her fists, the first form of her Symbios Gear-Blackfrost Luna. They both shared a name, and it was also suitable for her, so Aleron gave it to her.

Kira had a fancy dark pink neon-metallic rifle with golden and blue lighting patterns of her Symbios Gear-Deadlock X-mark.

She stood in attack position as well.

"We'll ask them," Aleron said as he narrowed his eyes.

Ten Paragon-rank powerhouses, five Unbound-rank powerhouses, and two Transcendent- rank powerhouses.

The group consisted of various races, but Aleron strikingly recognized the race of two who were at the forefront and also strongest.

Their race was the same as Balgen, the piece of trash who previously occupied the S-rank pavilion.

The two Transcendent-rank powerhouses showed astonishment as they looked at Shelby and the barrier formed before them.

'Brother, she is a Transcendent.'

'But we are two, and she is one, not to mention others. They have no chance of escaping.' "Are you related to the piece of garbage I recently killed in Paragon Special Class?" Aleron asked without masking his soul. "I still have his soul. It's suffering in my hell."

"YOU BASTARD!" the middle-aged blue demon shouted as his eyes turned dark red. "Give me my son's soul, or I swear I will find and torture everyone related to you before killing them and devouring their souls!"

"You will pay the price for killing our Young Master," the other blue demon coldly said. "Young master?" Aleron raised his eyebrows.

"It seems they are from a clan in some Upper cosmos," Luna frowned before she relayed to others telepathically. 'There's no doubt that Proper Path Alliance would accept various clans' people and nurture them, and these clans would definitely hug the thighs of this big force. Since they are mostly like mid-grade clans.'

"Give me my son's soul," the middle-aged blue demon said with a darkened face. He wanted to destroy the barrier, but now that he found out that his son's soul was still alive, he wanted it first.

'Master, what should we do? I may be able to kill one of them, but once the fight starts, I won't be able to help you, and they have more people and stronger ones. We have to escape,' Shelby said.

Aleron turned around to look at the tree trunk as his eyes glinted. In the next second, he teleported the resource hiding inside the trunk as it appeared before him.

It was an arm-sized dark brown glowing liquid with golden sparks in it. He took all of it that was gathered at one spot in the trunk and stored it in his spatial storage before turning back to the group of enemies.

"If you want your son's soul, then you'll have to chase after us there," Aleron said with an icy smile, activating Eyes of Absolute Judgement as he pointed his finger at the upside ocean

area.

In the next second, Aleron used a Mystic Skill and teleported five of them fifty kilometers away, where he had sent his Cosmic Eye.

He had already sent out eight Cosmic Eyes in different directions as they wandered away.

"W-what?! Teleport?!"

"Get back in the ship and catch them!"

"Elder, the ship won't work in that area. It's the Malevolent Cloud Sea."

"You ten, stay here on the ship. The rest, follow me!" the middle-aged blue demon barked with bloodshot eyes. "Today, they will die!"

On the other hand, Aleron, Shelby, Luna, and Kiri rode on Dreambloom Stag at full speed, crossing five kilometers per second.

"Master, we have to spread our eyes here since soul sense is suppressed even more in this area."

The dark clouds burst out of constant colorful lightning that went upwards towards the ocean. 'What a crazy scenery...' Aleron's eyes glimmered as he looked at this wonder of chaotic nature.

The clouds were below, and the massive sea, which was who knows how deep and big it was in the sky as he couldn't even see how far up it was in the sky. 'I should also send a Cosmic Eye up there.'

This area was 600 kilometers long, and they crossed over half of it before stopping.

"Is that a chaotic phenomenon?" Aleron blinked as he looked at a huge ghostly ship floating between the cloud area and ocean area, but it was riding the ocean waves upside down. The lightning from the cloud was striking it as it slowly moved, lighting up the dreadful ship that was two kilometers long and massive in size.

"That is indeed a chaotic phenomenon," Shelby nodded, her eyes squinting as they gleamed, scouting it and measuring it. "But it's dangerous. It has chaotic power of above 10, which means it's for Unbound-rank powerhouses."

"Chaotic Beasts are rather comfortable in these chaotic phenomenons, right?" Aleron asked.

"That's true. Compared to people, chaotic beasts are not harmed as much by powers and anomalies of chaotic phenomena," Shelby nodded as her eyes turned fiery. "In there, I can dispatch one Transcendent as soon as he enters. I might be able to protect you, but I can't guarantee in that since they have more people and I don't know the full extent of that middle- aged blue demon's power."

"Well, then...." Aleron opened the Gacha System. "Let's call some allies. I'll also call the

remaining chaotic beasts I have in Midworld."

Waving his hand, Aleron opened the portal as eight more Chaotic Beasts emerged from it after several seconds one by one.

"Woah, we are almost matching them now," Luna was surprised.

Three Unbound-rank chaotic beasts, six Paragon-rank chaotic beasts, and one Transcendent-

rank Shelby.

"I shall call more," Aleron finished buying ten tickets as he spent 5000 Gacha Points.

'Please give me one more Transcendent-rank...' Aleron prayed as he summoned.
