White Online

Chapter 681 The Incoming Battle.

681 The Incoming Battle.

'Who is this human?' Asmodeus wondered while getting squished by the ground as he was buried deep in Mars' soil.

'He isn't normal human. None of us expected a human to reach this level. Lucifer would be surely interested in him.' He thought to himself while trying to move his neck. He glanced at the orange soil, thought for a moment and then took a huge bite.

Crunch, crunch, crunch.

Asmodeus started munching on the disgusting, dusty, and cold ground like it was food. As soon as the soil traveled to his stomach, his jaw healed immediately, and so did the rest of his body.

Ordinary demons could only increase their healing speed by eating flesh and drinking blood, but Demon Kings could increase their speed of healing by eating anything. That was a gap in Primordial God's knowledge and apparently in Isaac's knowledge as well.

"Yawn, this is bothersome." Asmodeus finished eating and started to climb towards the surface. 'I can assume that Satan's disappearance has something to do with this man. If I can attract the attention of others, we can effortlessly kill this bastard.'

...

In Four Seasons, the players who entered White Online were thrown out of the game.

They all struggled to get out of their beds as the world was spinning around them. The world, after all, collapsed on them.

The White Online forums were blasted with news, the players sharing their experiences and wondering what happened.

In Xerxus' room, he held his aching head with an uncomfortable look.

"We died?" Xerxus asked with a beating heart. "Doesn't that mean we lost our legacies?"

He didn't want to think about such possibility.

Xerxus rose to his feet and hesitantly moved to his sprinting form. His heart was pouding against his chest as he slowly activated his legacy powers.

Swooosh!

Xerxus flashed across the room at incredible speed and appeared right back in his previous spot. It was an incredible display of speed.

"I still have my powers?" He wondered and lay back on the ground and placed the VR Helmet around his head. He had a feeling that what they experienced couldn't be what they thought it was.

'Did everyone die even?' Xerxus thought and, with a beating heart, pressed the button and entered a blank white space.

There, he could enter the game by pressing "White Online" game.

After pressing, the space sucked him in and he appeared back in the vast grassland with beautiful nature surrounding him.

The scene was harmonious as birds chirped in the distance and a beautiful blue sky stretched across the land.

Xerxus hesitantly looked at his legs, then he took a single step and appeared kilometer away with streak of lightning following behind him.

"We didn't die..." Xerxus thought with amazement and decided to log out to tell everyone.

He didn't know that every player had actually died and he had lost his legacy, but because of Isaac, everyone was resurrected!

...

"Raaaaaaaaaar!" Leviathan burst through the water and shot water beams towards Ceto.

Ceto created hundreds of tiny rain drops and threw them towards the incoming water beams. The raindrops nailed through the water and struck Leviathan's cracked blue hide.

"Thousand-Year Drizzle!" As dark clouds gathered above Leviathan, millions of tiny raindrops fell down like sharp knives.

Leviathan submerged back into the water and dived deeper till it was moving across the ocean floor. The massive sea serpent then started growing smaller and smaller, until he was back in his human form.

'I am not matched to her in the ocean.' Leviathan thought while kicking the water and swam further away from the battle.

Ceto stood on the water and felt ripples in the depths of the ocean. She noticed that Leviathan was running away.

"Aether, he is going back to Winterland." Ceto spoke to empty air, but her voice traveled across the air and space till it landed on Aether's ears.

Aether nodded in the monitor room and crossed his arms thoughtfully.

...

"Our subjects are getting restless." Belphegor said while sitting on a high-back chair. "We should do something. Our great Demon Race, has only suffered loses so far."

Lucifer listened to the complaints silently while gazing out of the windows. He stared at Four Seasons silently.

"Lucifer, we should do something." Mammon said. "Send me and Belphegor. We will go assist Leviathan. Then Demon Lords should attack other major cities. We would force them to their knees."

"Do what you want." Lucifer said and closed his eyes. "I am going to go thinking, so do what you want."

His words spooked many, and he then left the room to go "thinking".

The Demon Kings shared glances and nodded.

"Let's go." Mammon said to Belphegor, who lazily stood up and followed him to inform the Demon Lords that it was time for the war to enter its endgame.

...

"Gather up!" Mammon and Belphegor stood in front of the army gathered in the biggest spaceship. There were Demon Lords in the front, their Demon Generals behind them, and the Commanding Demons at the back.

"Belphegor and I will lead an attack against mankind and gods." Mammon said. "Demon Lords, you come with us. Choose one Demon General to come with you, and they will create their own squad out of commanding demons."

Demon Lords nodded.

"Hurry up, we will leave in 10." Mammon said and left the room with Belphegor.

"Ano." Anti-Social turned to Ano, the Flower Sword, "Choose your own squad.

Ano nodded softly.

"Raizo." Axcel looked at the bone monster.

Raizo nodded and turned to the commanding demons, who shuddered at his scary appearance.

The rest of the Demon Lords chose their own generals, until it was Garmagello's turn. He clicked his tongue after remembering that his general had died in the first battle of the war.

Garmagello looked around until settling his gaze on a beautiful woman who gave off a succubus vibe, "Demon General Bella, choose your own squad!"

Demon General Laxus looked annoyed as the Demon Lords didn't even bother to check at them. 'I captured Thor, but I hadn't gotten single promotion in rank! God damn it, I will go torture him more and get the information that would help us, no matter what!'

Bella softly nodded, and a dozen commanding demons instantly gathered around her. They were with her when they broke the Illusion Veil.

Bella's reputation had skyrocketed among Demons, Lords, and Kings, who thought highly of her. In the future, it was possible that she would replace Dukeran and not Ano!
