Primitive Man

Chapter 88: Fresh start

In the midst of their investigation at the place where the mine used to be, Garnt, Rona, Baktou, and Maro were met with an unexpected sight – a massive crate surrounded by shattered rocks.

[Well, this is not really that surprising. You might not remember about that dinosaur, but it was enough to break this tone into a pulp.]

While this might have seemed like a stroke of luck, sparing them from the labour of breaking the rocks, Garnt's focus remained fixated on the ground, a silent hope to uncover any clues about the whereabouts of Amel and Moga.

The group began to scour the area, and their search uncovered a disconcerting sight – numerous bloodstains scattered across the ground. Eva voiced her grim suspicion, suggesting that their missing enemies might have fallen victim to the attack. However, Rona vehemently disagreed with the notion, her eyes filled with determination.

"No," Rona declared, her voice unwavering. "I saw Amel escape that day. I'm certain of it. Even if Moga didn't make it, Amel could still be out there. He can't die yet because I have a score to settle with him."

The intensity of Rona's words left everyone in the group taken aback. Garnt, recognizing the hatred in her eyes, gently reached out and patted her head.

"Rona," he said softly, "none of this is your fault. You mustn't blame yourself for what's happened. Amel is not your responsibility, neither mine."

She showed a rather unique expression on her face, upon hearing those words but she didn't refuse what Garnt said.

Garnt's eyes shifted to Baktou, and he could sense the hesitation in his loyal brother after all the past events. Understanding the weight of his words, Garnt cleared his throat and spoke to Baktou, his voice steady and filled with resolve.

"Baktou, you're still the leader of these mines. This incident doesn't change that. I believe in your leadership, and I know you'll lead the iron program to success in the future," he said, offering his trust to the man who had stood by his side through thick and thin.

Baktou looked at Garnt, his expression a mix of relief and gratitude. He had let Garnt down in the past, but it was evident that his brother still had faith in him. "I won't let you down again, Garnt," Baktou replied. "I'll learn from our mistakes and make sure the iron program flourishes."

He touched his wounded eye and muttered those words, as he was reminded of his mistakes.

Garnt gave a reassuring nod. "We all make mistakes, Baktou. I've made plenty myself. The key is not to repeat them. I won't make the same mistakes, and I know you won't either. We'll build a better future."

With that, Baktou nodded in agreement, a renewed determination in his eye. He turned to leave, understanding that Garnt wanted some time alone with Rona to address her concerns and emotions.

Before that, Baktou remembered the important matter he wanted to discuss with Garnt, but as he saw the earnest conversation between Garnt and Rona, he decided not to disturb them.

'Well, my personal problems can wait, Rona is the one who needs Garnt right now.'

Baktou quietly sighed, respecting their need for privacy and understanding that their conversation was of greater importance at that moment.

As Baktou walked away, Garnt turned his full attention back to Rona, his face showing a deep concern. He knew that Rona had been through a lot, and he wanted to make sure she was alright.

Garnt gently took Rona's hand and softly said, "Come with me, Rona. I want to show you something." Rona, her curiosity piqued, followed him, and Maro quietly trailed behind.

The lush surroundings of their mine slowly gave way to the sound of rushing water, and soon, the massive waterfall came into view.

Rona's eyes widened in surprise at the stunning sight before her. The waterfall was a majestic force of nature, its cascading waters shimmering in the sunlight, creating a breathtaking spectacle.

"This is..."

She looked at Garnt, her heart racing with anticipation, as he slowly removed his clothes. The feeling of his hand in hers was comforting and reassuring.

'He still looks so good, but why is he removing the clothes?'

Rona had so many questions, but she felt her nether region already starting to tingle.

Garnt, now standing completely naked before the waterfall, turned to Rona and said, "Rona, this place is a symbol of nature's beauty and purity. It's a place of healing and renewal. I want us to stand under the waterfall together, to cleanse our worries and find peace in this moment. It's a way for us to let go of the past and start anew."

Rona, while surprised by the unexpected turn of events, was moved by the symbolism and Garnt's thoughtful gesture. She smiled, feeling a sense of connection with him and the beauty of nature surrounding them. "I'd love to, Garnt," she replied, her voice filled with gratitude and affection.

Rona watched as Garnt, with a joyful laugh, made a bold leap into the sparkling waters of the waterfall. His muscular frame sliced through the water, and he surfaced with an exhilarated grin. He then turned to Rona, extending his hand to invite her to join him in the rejuvenating embrace of the waterfall.

"Rona, come on in! It's amazing!" he called out, his eyes reflecting the excitement of the moment. "This water is so refreshing!"

Rona was about to step closer, ready to shed her clothes and take the plunge when suddenly, a surprise interruption occurred. Out of nowhere, a beautiful wolf named Maro bounded into the water. Maro's furry body glistened with droplets as she gracefully swam towards Garnt.

"Maro!" Rona muttered as she couldn't believe that she was being ignored because of a wolf.

Rona watched in astonishment as Maro reached Garnt and began playfully licking his face. Garnt's laughter filled the air as he affectionately petted and frolicked with the wolf.

"Maro! You're here to play with me, what a good girl you are," Garnt said those words.

The unexpected intrusion by Maro triggered an unexpected wave of jealousy within Rona. She couldn't help but feel a pang of envy as she stood on the shore, watching Garnt's interaction with the wolf. Maro was clearly a special and beloved companion to Garnt, and the connection between them was evident.

Despite her initial envy, Rona couldn't deny the genuine bond between Garnt and Maro, and the sight of them playing together brought warmth to her heart. It was a reminder of the depth of Garnt's connection to the natural world, a quality that she admired in him.

After a few moments of playful interaction, Garnt turned his attention back to Rona and called out, "Rona, come on in! Maro's just showing some love. The water feels incredible, and I'd love for you to experience it with me."

Rona, still feeling a twinge of jealousy but unable to resist the allure of the pristine waterfall and the invitation from Garnt, smiled through her mixed emotions. She decided to join them in the water, hoping to share this unique moment of connection and renewal, both with Garnt and with the remarkable wolf, Maro.

With a hint of a mischievous smile, Rona began to remove her clothes, revealing her alluring figure. The dappled sunlight played on her smooth, glistening tanned skin as each layer of clothing fell to the ground. She stood there, momentarily vulnerable but also exuding a quiet confidence that drew Garnt's attention.

Her body was still a sight that was too exciting for Garnt. Rona's toned ass with her child-bearing hips was not something anyone could resist, but her black hair falling down like a silky dress on her soft and spongy boobs added even more beautiful allure to her whole exoticness.

[Damn it! These girls are too hot. You really hit a jackpot with them, Garnt]

Eva said, as she started to question her sexuality seeing Rona's body.

As Rona gracefully waded into the refreshing pool beneath the waterfall, Garnt couldn't help but admire her beauty.

"I know, Eva. They are the most beautiful girls I have seen." Garnt agreed and got ready to welcome Rona.

The water embraced her like a cool, liquid caress, accentuating her features and enhancing the allure of the scene. Her body moved with the grace of someone who felt at one with nature.

Garnt extended a hand to help Rona navigate the slippery stones at the pool's edge. Their fingers touched briefly, sending a shiver of connection down her spine. She felt her earlier jealousy dissipate in the face of Garnt's welcoming and inviting smile.

"This is truly the best feeling," She said those words knowing that this was something extraordinary that she wouldn't get to experience if she didn't join Garnt on that fateful day.

Maro, the wolf, swam around them as if to welcome Rona into their shared moment. Her wet fur glistened in the sunlight, and she gave Rona a friendly nuzzle as if to say, "You're part of this too."
