The person-in-charge of the establishment where the auction event would take place became pale upon recognizing the familiar token that was taken out by this handsome snow-colored hair youth.

'T-that token! I-it can't be that…. H-he's….!'

The person-in-charge thought as he almost stumbled from where he stood the moment he laid his eyes at the familiar token within the snow-colored hair youth's palm.

"I-I apologize for not recognizing such an important guest! Please come with me, the esteemed guest and his companion. I'll be the one who will assist you during your stay within our auction event!"

The person-in-charge said as he made a careful remark for not offending such an important figure within the Empire and the token within the snow-colored hair youth is the actual thing and it wasn't fake at all as he could see right to it.

The person-in-charge had an ability to discern things to determine the items that he is seeing, especially, those invitation from the aristocrats that wanted to participate in the auction event and the person-in-charge could determined if those invitations are the actual ones or forge invitations.

Right now, upon seeing that familiar token, the person-in-charge had no choice but to accommodate such person with the outmost respect befit on that person's station.

Eclipse, on the other hand, after he presented the token to the person-in-charge of this establishment, he immediately noticed how that person's expression change drastically upon looking at the token he presented.

'I am quite curious about the importance of this token that Rheina gave to me. It seems like whenever I pulled this out and show it to others, the people around me treated with either cautious, respect and fear at the same time.'

However, the bigger question is….

What is the real identity of Rheina Clandestine?

Her identity is only based off from his previous timeline and the information that he got from the System Archive and nothing else.

However, when Rheina revealed to him about the Clandestine's origin, Eclipse couldn't help but frowned because that information weren't recorded in the world plot of [Mystique Enchantress] and even within the System Archive as well.

'If the system interface didn't shut down and working from that time, there would be no doubt that a system window would appear, and there would be another quest then.'

But right now, both Eclipse and Arico's system interface haven't been working for the last three years, and don't have an idea about the situation back at the Main House.

"The heck are you talking about?"

Eclipse asked as he couldn't believe what Arico just said, and the world-hopper didn't know whether to accept that fact or not.

"I know you would react like this, and I didn't want to make you worry but the situation back at the Main House aren't that good for the moment…."

Arico's statement got cut off as Eclipse raised his hand to stop the Slayer Agent from talking for a moment.

"Wait a moment! I don't get it. How come you know about the situation back at the Main House System if the system interface aren't fixed yet? Also, what in the f*cking nine layers of f*cking hell are you talking about that the situation back in the Main House aren't good at the moment?! And for the last one, how are you sure about that statement you're talking about?"

Eclipse thrown multiple questions at the same time to Arico, and the Slayer Agent felt dizzy because of the multiple questions that assaulted him that it makes him got a headache for a moment.

"Wait! S-stop assaulting me with multiple questions, geez! One question at the time, will you?!"

Arico said in annoyance and Eclipse just looked back at the Slayer Agent with a blank stare that makes the notorious cold-blooded agent shivered because he didn't know what the world-hopper was thinking about.

'Geez! This kid sure is giving me goosebumps every time he stares at me like that!'

Arico thought as he sighed to calm himself for a moment.

Eclipse, for that moment, he didn't care about Arico being assaulted with his multiple attacks of questions thrown at his face because its his fault anyway.

"What? Are you still stalling some time again?"

Eclipse's patience are wearing thin because at the moment, his hands are now itching to smack the hell out of his companion because of what he is doing right now.

The world-hopper sighed because he didn't know if he could wait if Arico was still stalling some time or something.

"Oh, for Jules' sake, Arico! Aren't you going to tell me—"

Eclipse's ranting got cut off when Arico finally said his words.

"I-It's from a man named Francis!"

'Did I hear it right? Francis? As in…. Francis Aiden Kashaya? What?'

Eclipse thought as he frowned when he heard the familiar name coming from the Slayer Agent's mouth.

"Francis Aiden Kashaya?"

The world-hopper said that makes Arico look back at him with a frown.

"Do you know him?"

Eclipse sighed as he nodded; "The former male lead turned into a hidden character with a self-aware character attribute."

Arico's eyes got widen in shock because of what Eclipse just said.

"What? A former male lead turned into a hidden character with self-aware attribute? What kind of overpowered character was that?!"

Arico said in a perplexed tone and Eclipse just shrugged off his shoulders because even he doesn't know how it happened like that.

"I don't know. I just happened to meet him earlier than the original plot since Francis Aiden Kashaya is an Instructor for Magic Sword Arts at Lumen Academy."

Eclipse paused for a moment as he continued; "Three years ago, he revealed himself as a self-aware character, like any self-aware character that I have met during my world-hopping journey, but I don't know why his designation role had been change into a hidden character."

Arico clicked his tongue because of this revelation; "I think that might be one of the reasons why the system interface had been shut down because one of the male leads of that world plot suddenly got its designation role change for that moment."

That's what Eclipse was thinking about before but even if that was the case then, the moment Francis' designation role change didn't stir quite a bit for that moment, like nothing change at all.

And besides, the sixth male lead role from the list in the System Archive just left it vacant and nothing else. Even the minor villain where Eclipse's former name should have been there was vacant as well.

The world-hopper summarize that it wasn't Francis' fault that they got a system error and suddenly severed their connection within the Main House.

However, the question right now is…. how come Francis got an urgent notice from the Main House?

Is it because he is a self-aware character or because of his hidden character role?

Now that he thought about it, what kind of role does Francis have for him to be given a hidden character role?

"How did you receive that information from him and also, how did he know about you in the first place?"

Eclipse ask as he thought of something else because how come Francis knew about Arico?

Arico, on the other hand, shook off his head as he slumped his shoulders down as he said; "I don't know."

Eclipse raised an eyebrow at him as he crossed his arms around his chest; "What do you mean you don't know?"

Arico; "I don't know! I just happened to saw this piece of paper within my room the moment I woke up in the morning. I read it first to check and at first, I felt suspicious about the letter and that man named Francis that was indicated in the letter but the more I read the letter, the more it convince me that he knows something that's happening back at the Main House System."

After he said that, Arico took it from his pocket and gave it to Eclipse to read it.

The world-hopper took the piece of paper from Arico and read its contents. The more he reads the letter, the more he felt his intuition came true for a bit….

Eclipse snapped from those thoughts from before and set aside that matter for now as they have more pressing matters that needs to be focused on.

Now that they finally entered the establishment where the auction event would start, and the person-in-charge is the one assisting them inside, both Arico and Eclipse just followed the person assisting them and just ignore those numerous whispers coming from the crowd.

Since both Arico and Eclipse are wearing their mask to hide their appearance, and only their hair color could have been seen by the people around them.

However, for those people who have caught a glimpse of the token that Eclipse presented to the person-in-charge, more and more people started to whisper with one another.

"T-that person…"

"It could be…."

"For sure if those people back at the Krom city had known about this…"

"So, he's back…. Ha?"

"I don't know if this is a good thing or not…"

"Well, let's just wait then and who knows…."

As the gossip became louder and passed on with one another, unbeknownst to them, a group of unknown people within the shadows heard what they were gossiping about and all of them smirked at themselves.

'So, it's finally here.'
