"Young Master, the royal army is trying to break the barrier of the town."

Just as Lucas came out of the [Fighting arena], he heard the anxious voice of Beck who saw him wake up from his sleep.

"Royal army?"

Lucas frowned because he was not ready to confront the powerful family in the firmament yet.

"Yes, young master. Other than you, no one can control the barrier blessed by the heavens and you are sleeping."

Beck hurriedly gave a gist of everything that happened while Lucas was busy fighting in the [Fighting arena].

Initially, a Battalion of the royal family arrived at the entrance of the Silverstone town; however, just like the other families and the guilds, they were also stopped by the barrier.

When the leaders of the families and the guilds saw that, they instigated the commander leading the battalion against the Adventurer's guild because they thought the barrier was controlled by that guild.

However, the commander knew how to control the barrier and calmly asked permission to let them enter the town because it was not their first time dealing with the families blessed by the heavens.

Nevertheless, Reece and Harper said that their family head was resting and asked them to wait because he was the only one who could control the barrier.

However, the commander and his soldiers were naturally proud and arrogant because they do the royal family's dirty work and have a higher status compared to other battalions.

So, they became angry and started using their full force to attack the barrier.

"Damn it."

Lucas cursed after hearing everything from Beck and hurriedly said, "Let's go."

"Hellmore's family head, Lucas Hellmore greets the commander. Please stop attacking the barrier, I will open it."

Lucas didn't want to clash with the royal family because he knew he could not win against it with his current strength. So, he greeted the commander while asking him to stop attacking the barrier.

The commander was a tier 1 Higher knight and behind him, there were around 500 soldiers whose strength was varying from tier 3 lesser knight to tier 3 general knight except for the 10 soldiers who had the strength of tier 5 general knight.

'One commander, 10 elite soldiers and 500 normal soldiers….an entire battalion is here. I wonder what they were doing.'

Lucas glanced at all the soldiers and silently noted down the information about them.

"Sure, commander."

Lucas didn't like the tone of the commander; however, this is how the world works. The strong dominate the weak.

"After I open the barrier, only the leaders and the vice-leaders of the families and the guilds can enter. If anyone tries to enter, the barrier will blast you into pieces."

These words were of course directed at the families and the guilds that were waiting for the barrier to be removed.

At the same time, everyone noticed that there were lightning flashes around the barrier, making them frown.

"Commander, I gave permission for you and your soldiers to enter my town."

How could they endure when some new family became the leader of the Silverstone town all of a sudden?

"If he says that the barrier will blast us, then should we believe him?"

There were few members who didn't believe in Lucas' words and tried to enter the barrier.
